Monthly Rentals in Platteville

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! We were staying as two couples & the private bathrooms connected to each bedroom was wonderful & there is a half bath on the first floor!! The full kitchen was awesome, we could easily cook meals & prepare coffee in the morning! Unbelievably clean & comfortable! Easy access to the garage & direct access to the Condo from the attached garage! The Condo had everything you could need!! Everything was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here multiple times. Ana is always responsive although the rooms are well stocked and we’ve not ever had much need for assistance from her. This is a quiet neighborhood conveniently located for our needs.

We loved our stay at the container cottage! Sarah was great! She even put out new lights for us to enjoy the patio at night! We enjoyed talking with her & learning about the customization she did to the container. She was there if needed but gave us our privacy. The inside was extremely well thought out and had everything we needed. Getting to play with all the animals and pets on the property were an added bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

We're from the area and needed a temporary house for 5 weeks while waiting for our new home build to be completed. I initially contacted the host to inquire about flexibility as we had some specific requirements given our situation. Benjamin was very responsive and quickly confirmed our request could be accommodated and we booked as fast as possible since this location kept us local to schools, work, and our community. It isn't easy to be between homes, but the Rocky Road house was comfortable and well-equipped, enabling us to go about our daily lives as usual. Any time we had questions or needed help, Benjamin quickly responded and provided support. Having access to the garage was extremely useful due to Colorado winter weather and we were able to work from home without any connectivity issues. Additionally, the home is in a very quiet location.
