Holiday rentals with breakfast in Plage du Midi

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Bertrand and his accommodation. Everything was there: • Easy and fast communication with Bertrand. • The house matched the description and photos perfectly. • Great location to explore the French Riviera without traffic jams. • Quiet and secure neighborhood • Air conditioning was a real plus for our comfort. • Beautiful garden, very nice to relax. • Perfect pool, never overcrowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy it. • Very comfortable bedding, ensuring good nights of sleep. I recommend Bertrand's rental without hesitating. It's a safe bet to take full advantage of this beautiful area.

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie's, everything was perfect A little extra for breakfast with the homemade jam, we enjoyed ourselves ☺️

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Gisèle is very welcoming and available, she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants …😊 We only spent one night but the experience was good! The linen smelled good… and the beds are comfortable! Several pleasant terraces! Note that a studio for rent is also attached to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience…

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

The apartment is really exactly as described. It is sparkling clean and one of the best equipped apartments I have spent my vacation in. Although the flight was 4 hours late, I was very warmly welcomed at midnight. I was greeted with rolls, butter, coffee, jam for the next morning, and even a bottle of wine. Nathalie had kept a parking space free and gave me useful tips for the area. I also enjoyed the balcony and the quiet location. The bus stop is 3 minutes away and from the train station you can quickly reach all places on the Cote d'Azur. I would definitely recommend the apartment for 1-2 people. You will quickly feel at home.

Great stay at Luisa’s apartment in Nice! Traveled with my wife, 10-mo old daughter, and mother-in-law. Large apartment that had everything we needed. AC was able to get very cool which is somewhat rare in France from other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Great location—within 10-15 min walk of everything in Nice you’d want to go to, but secluded enough to be quiet (exactly what we were looking for with the baby). Luisa was great throughout the whole process offering recommendations and help with anything needed. Would definitely stay again next time in Nice!

My son really enjoyed the loft, having the opportunity to cook from home was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

David is a superb host — friendly and helpful before our stay, met us at the beginning and shared tons of valuable information, and came to say goodbye at the end. The location of his apartment is perfectly situated for public transportation, exploring Vielle Nice, and the beaches. The apartment is well-appointed — the bed and linens are top notch, the kitchen has everything we needed - we did not cook, but made sandwiches and snacks, the bathroom was small, but luxurious, excellent shower! The piece de resistance is the lovely terrace which David’s wife has decorated with beautiful succulents and flowers which provide privacy from the neighbors and the street as well as a relaxing aesthetic. Would highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at Gael’s studio apartment. The apartment was clean, with all necessary amenities ( air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine etc) and charming balcony with mountains view ! Place is close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre in 15 min. Gaël was very nice and responsive, I wanted stay few more days and he was flexible with the booking.

We were sorry not to be staying longer since the apartment was so perfect. So much to see and do. It was lovely to be right in the heart of the old town with parking just a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend! Simon was a very responsive host although we did not actually meet him. We much appreciated the snacks and coffee and tea facilities.

Perfect location, great apartment with everything needed for a beautiful stay. Patricia was a very responsive and caring host who continued to check in to see what we needed. Very clean and well laid out. We would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The accommodation looks even better than on the pictures and is truly a little paradise with nice pool and garden yet there are many restaurants nearby. The hosts were very lovely and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed here with my mom for 3 nights and had a great experience. Stephan was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, just as described, and the breakfast provided was a nice touch. The location is excellent, in a lovely neighborhood and close to metro/tram stations. Jean Louis was very welcoming from our arrival, a nice house in a quiet and peaceful place with a beautiful garden, in this season it is so nice to be able to have breakfast on the terrace with this good smell of jasmine with a superb view of the pool, The room perfectly matched the description, with impeccably clean bedding, a functional and very clean bathroom, I recommend this place without hesitation. Martine was so sweet. My mom and I felt right at home. She was an excellent host, and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our two night stay. Would recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a place near Cannes.

Bibi's place was a small slice of heaven. She was such a gracious host and provided the most delicious breakfasts every morning. She was also so kind to drive us to and from the train station. We felt right at home and were sad to leave! We recommend her place x10000!

Everything was perfect, the setting is beautiful and very refreshing, the hosts are attentive, very friendly and make themselves available as much as possible. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and in a good location. There is parking just next door but if we are on foot (like us), we are close enough to transportation but far enough away to be away and quiet for the duration of the stay. We also have great walks to do in the surroundings... In short, as we said when we left, if we could have put more than 5/5 we would have done it!! We hope to come back occasionally and maybe enjoy the river a little closer. Not brave enough to swim in winter!!
