Holiday rentals with breakfast in France

Picturesque estate, steeped in history, quiet with a beautiful garden. Clean accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Beatrice and her husband welcomed us very well, very pleasant stay in this exceptional place!

Everything is done to have a wonderful stay, the accommodation matches the photos perfectly and is very well furnished. The parking space attached to the accommodation is ideal and even allows you to park motorcycles!

What a magical stay! The place is a real little corner of paradise, quiet, beautiful and rejuvenating. The incredible kindness of the hosts, caring, welcoming and always smiling is really pleasant. When we arrived with our one-year-old daughter, we were warmly welcomed. After Harmke briefly showed us everything, we enjoyed the time with our daughter in the huge, beautifully landscaped garden and in the refreshing saltwater pool. A baby bed on request was not an issue. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed the time at Harmke very much and felt welcome. We especially liked the lovingly prepared breakfast basket waiting for us at our door. We found a nice picnic spot in the huge garden and were all alone. We definitely want to come!

We had a great stay we wanted to relax it was perfect because the calm and tranquility reigned everything was clean and very well maintained. The accommodation is great. I highly recommend it!

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! The property was in a perfect location right next to the old town and very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. David was extremely helpful, giving us many recommendations and was very responsive with quick replies. He kept checking in on us and asking if there was anything he could help us with which was appreciated. Thank you for such a good stay!

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. We had a great time in this accommodation with a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the garden with its different places to sit and enjoy another angle/environment.

Had a great time! Instructions for the amenities were super clear and easy to follow! Kitchen was amazing although we didn’t use it much, and the bathroom was nice as well! Very clean and well kept! Exactly as advertised! A really cool experience!

This was a great, cozy apartment. It has a million dollar view. Everything was clean, and the directions to check in were clear and simple. Most of Reims is walkable, otherwise a quick 10 minute cab to get to some of the further champagne houses. A 10 minute walk in from the train station made for a quick travel day even quicker. Would stay here again, if anything, for the location of the apartment. Also I cannot stress enough, that view from the bedroom is mind blowingly beautiful.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

We had an amazing time at Richard and Philippe's! The benevolence and kindness of the hosts are as important as the accommodation. The place is peaceful, the gardens are splendid and very well maintained, the pool is ideal for resting after a day of walking. R&P know the best restaurants, activities, and places to visit! Every day we followed the recommendations and we were never disappointed. Let's not forget breakfast, Richard's cakes and Philippe's homemade jams are already missing. Save us a place for years to come! (and a big shout out to Thierry)

Remy and Laurent were absolutely FANTASTIC hosts! We had a fairly hectic schedule with last minute changes and we were so, so incredibly grateful for their flexibility and kindness. Remy always responded with a lovely smile on his face and was accommodating to us when there was a delay due to train, walking us through every little detail (e.g., how to use the hot tub, if we need any extra towels), and had the best recommendations for restaurants. The Lizardiere is a short ~15 minute drive to Chateau Chaumont, <20 minutes from Chateau de Chaumont, and ~45 minutes to Tours. I highly, highly recommend staying at their B&B over a hotel for the privacy, the peacefulness, and just taking a moment to relax before heading to the chateaus. Their dining room is so lovely and full of character as well - a lovely way to start the day while enjoying breakfast. Hope to stay here again if we're in Loire Valley again!

If I could, I would give 10 stars. It's incredibly beautiful at Vincent and Lucie's. The breakfast is great, the surroundings are great, the restaurants recommended by the two are great. We would have liked to stay longer, but our journey takes us further north. I can really recommend everyone to stay with the two.
