Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

A small group from our cycling club had an amazing stay at the property. Riding the nearby climbs of the Eze, Madone and Mont Chauve. Exploring the local villages, towns as well as Nice. After a good day's cycling we came back to the villa and enjoyed the spacious garden, views and pool. The property had lots of room to relax, all the amenities and a great kitchen for cooking. A superb place to stay, we will be back!

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We had such a lovely stay at Laurence house. It’ was clean, calm and Laurence was a perfect host. Also our daughter was so happy at this place. The kitchen was so typical Provençal and nice to cook in, the window to the patio is so charming. We’ll definitely comeback, thank you Laruence 🙏

Modern, spotlessly clean apartment, with good furnishings. Walkable to Cannes centre (c 2km). Amelie was really helpful with checkin (as my inbound flight got delayed) and checkout (organised a taxi to airport). All together, an excellent experience.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

A real favorite! The accommodation was absolutely impeccable: clean, warm, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. We immediately felt good there, like at home. The host was exceptional: available, attentive and full of kindness. The location is also perfect, close to shops, transport and places to visit. We had a wonderful stay at Athena's place--it's slightly outside the city, but easily reachable by bus, and we enjoyed exploring La Bocca. Athena was quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. He was also helpful about the late check out since we had a late flight.I highly recommend him and his property. Thank you Kevin!

We stayed with 3 young children (aged 1-6) for 6 nights and it was perfect. Very close to sandy beaches, a 15 min walk in to central Cannes. the house had everything we needed, including an outside space with a swing for the kids. Easy to get to from Nice airport and well served by buses, Uber, etc. Would highly recommend!

Staying at Sandrine’s lovely apartment made our Cannes trip even more wonderful than we could have imagined! The apartment is so beautiful and it was even a bit more spacious than we thought it would be. The balcony is like something out of movie! We had everything we needed (well stocked kitchen, towels soap and shampoo in the bathroom, iron) and the bed was super comfy too. Location wise this was perfect - especially if you’re in Cannes for the festival, but also if not (the old town is beautiful). You have to walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment so keep that in mind if there is a lot of baggage (wasn’t a problem for us). Last but not least, Sandrine was a fantastic host. She greeted us at check in and showed us around, and during our stay she was responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Thank you so much, we’d love to come back again 💕🙏🏼
