Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Plage du Midi

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Just amazing! Everything like in photos: nice , tidy, sunny, comfy, silent and clean apartment, great view terrace and nice shared pool. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment is in very great location (near sea and old town and bus stop and as well as I know parking option in a garage downstairs). Good and stable wifi internet signal suitable for work. Communication and check in/out was very easy and the hosts are very polite and gentle people. So apartment is highly recommended. 10/10 and we'll definitely will be back here.

My family really enjoyed our visit in Cannes. The most we liked in this apartment was spending our evenings on the patio and the living room. The view from there is pretty nice!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay, great location and beautiful view from the terrace. Apartment is new and was spotless. Communication with the host was easy. Host let us change dates without any problems We had everything we need at the apartment, coffee, water, paper towels etc. Recommend to anyone else!

Michael was friendly and professional. He was accommodating with an early check in which was much appreciated, and showed me around the apartment. This is a must stay when you're in Cannes! Located on the top floor with a beautiful balcony with views and all the amenities you could ever need. Beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of showers, nice open communal space, and a great kitchen! We rented a car because we drove to many towns in the Riveria and the free parking at our place was a huge bonus. You are a short walk to amazing shops and restaurants and about a 15 min walk to old town. The host was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We had a lot of delays getting there and the host was very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The check in process was very pleasant, the location of the place was good, we came by car and it took about 10 minutes to drive to town.The feeling of a big sea in front of you every morning is amazing!Jemery's mother accommodated us, the instructions were detailed and very communicative.I really recommend everyone coming to Cannes to see this property

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

If you are looking for a peaceful place, with a breathtaking view and perfect for a romantic moment as a couple. This accommodation is made for you. In the morning you will wake up to the birds singing, in the evening you will admire the sunset with this unobstructed view of Cannes and its surroundings. Julien is a very pleasant, smiling, very responsive host who takes care of his accommodation in terms of the decoration, the cleanliness of the premises, the amenities he offers so that you have a wonderful time together. We were happy to find this little treasure, every night.

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.

Excellent pleasant and clean accommodation with direct access to the sea and a very nice rooftop pool. The location is also great next to the Baie des Anges. Finally, Kevin is an exceptional host, very pleasant and helpful. we will gladly return 😀
