Beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back. The condo has just about everything you could possibly need.

This condo is simply beautiful! We loved our stay here and have added it to our (very short) “stay here again” list. The decor, furnishings, and household items supplied made our vacation incredibly enjoyable. Literally, the only suggestion I might have is to add a hanging rack/hooks inside the entry for towels, jackets, bags, etc. Such a beautiful location and property and THE VIEW!♥️ The hot tub was out of service for all but the last day of our stay, but SV communicated the status and replied professionally and timely to our inquiries on progress. (This was the responsibility of HOA at Emerald Isle, not SV.) Entering codes at multiple entrances/gates was a bit repetitive, but again, not controllable by Southern Vacations. We love vacationing in the area because there are multiple restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. And of course, the direct beach access and included beach service, only made our stay more enjoyable! I highly recommend this property!

This is a great unit. Modern and clean. You can’t beat the 180 view of the water and the proximity to beaches and restaurants etc. You’ll spot dolphins on occasion. The pool is very nice. Would stay here again next time.

I stayed at Ryan’s place for a month, working remotely. It felt much bigger than what I was expecting from the photos. Ryan was very responsive and nice! The neighborhood was beautiful and great for walking my dog. Overall, had a great stay.
