Great location to the beach, quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space, beautiful views of the lagoon, comfortable beds!

John’s home is a perfect place to stay in Pensacola. It’s in a safe neighborhood and is centrally located. We were in town over Memorial Day weekend for a funeral and did not have much traffic to deal with despite the house being close to the naval base and beaches. Everything we needed was available and check- in was super easy. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Pensacola.

We loved being so close to the water and fishing from the dock. The screened in porch was very cozy and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed talking to them. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. The added beach chairs, floats, wagon and beach towels were a bonus. We cooked on the gas grill as well. Sweet little house.

We had a fantastic stay during our girls’ trip! The townhome is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, with serene bay views on one side and just a short five-minute walk to the beach on the other. Kayaking on the peaceful bay was a definite highlight. The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing beach week. We made great use of the kayaks, beach gear, and spent plenty of time unwinding on the balconies. The location was also ideal—just a quick drive to great restaurants, shopping, and downtown Pensacola. Lauren and Reid were exceptional hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We loved our stay at Dan’s place! It was just like the pictures. We loved the amenities included like the pool and yard games. The pool was just steps from the back door which was super convenient but never felt loud or crowded. The house had plenty of space for our family of 6. The beach was about 5 minutes from the house and there were a few public beach access parking available. Thanks for the great place!

Nita’s Nest was an absolutely perfect getaway. The cottage was adorable & so comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Ms. Bonita was a delight! Definitely will stay again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great trip.! Extremely accommodating for our family of four. We came for a fishing trip. They have kayaks we all enjoyed taking out to the bay. Caught several different types of fish, and even seen some dolphins one evening. Far enough away for a peaceful vacation, yet close enough to drive to the beach for the other fishing we did. Great stay.! Fantastic hosts.!

We had such a pleasant stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond and helpful with local tips.

Such a cute cozy place! My boyfriend and I loved the decor and it was so clean!! Kimberly was in top of everything she’s such a great host. Definitely book here so worth it. The beds are so comfy too you will sleep like a baby!

We had two families traveling and the house was the perfect place. We had plenty of space and bathrooms and everything was very clean. We loved sitting on the porch and seeing the ocean. Having chairs, beach towels and beach accessories we could use was great. There were two public beach access points a very short distance to the house. The lagoon behind the property was nice to switch things up with the beach and the pool was right across from the house and never too crowded. One night a neighboring house had very loud music on till after 11:30 at night but never had an issue after the one time. Meredith was always very responsive and let us check in a little early due to an early flight. We loved the area being more on the quiet side of town but driveable to everything. There could have been more of a stock of toilet paper and trash bags and no Kleenex in the house but we made a quick grocery run. We would definitely stay in this house again as we all had a great time.

Teresa & John have created an incredible respite that has every amenity you could imagine. The home is filled with so many beautiful touches A well stocked Kitchen was great fun! Bed linens and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever encountered. The outdoor spaces: fire pit, screened porch, hot tub and grill were incredible. We enjoyed the provided water sports equipment that could easily be carried one block up to the public pier. Words cannot adequately describe how welcomed we felt! Thank you so very much for your hospitality and generosity.

The house and kitchen is stocked with everything you need ! My son enjoyed the kayaks. The host was very responsive, we had to extend stay due to an unplanned funeral and they were very accommodating and kind. I left a necklace and other item they made sure it was mailed us. Great stay considering the circumstances, highly recommend!

When you visit Annie’s place, enjoy a glass of wine or cozy cup of coffee with their stunning view of the bay only a few footsteps out the back doors. Immaculate gardens and lawn greet you upon arrival. This is the most well stocked home I have ever rented. Tons of activities indoor and outdoor to keep kiddos of all ages entertained. Luxury indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. This place is lovely whether you want to relax or play. Communication with the hostess was prompt and thoughtful. We never wanted to leave! These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Wonderful pet friendly place to stay. Quiet and peaceful but close proximity to shopping, restaurants, etc.

The house was in great shape. the outdoors were peaceful. I enjoyed having coffee on the dock at the water every morning during our stay.

hosts was wonderful. hosts kept us informed through the whole process. Cabin was beautiful, good mixture of vintage and modern furnitures,well maintained. Our host was friendly and welcoming.. The area was peaceful and quiet.

Stayed here while evacuating from Hurricane Milton. Check-In process was super straight forward, the hosts were very understanding of our situation and allowed us to check in early after we drove 8 hours from the Tampa area! The cabin was charming and relaxing. Good internet and environment to get some work done. Plenty of activities to do on-site. Great views of the water! We were even able to use the kayaks at the stay. The fishing was great too, we were able to catch over 45 fish in the 3 days we were there. While there was plenty of stuff to do on-site, everything you need is within 5-10. The beach and great restaurants are super close. Definitely will be coming back under different circumstances!
