Beach apartment holiday rentals in Pensacola Beach, Escambia County

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

Quaint beachside condo. I loved that the building wasn’t nearly as huge as other nearby properties which made check-in, checkout, and elevator wait time easy breezy. Condo had all the things to make you feel right at home. Only ‘issue’ we had was no window treatments in living room and very sheer drapes in the Master, and the sun is very bright in the morning. Jennie was very responsive to any question I had! All around, great unit!

This place is perfect if you have infants. We didn’t know ahead of time that there was a playpen and high chair available. If we did we wouldn’t have brought all the extra stuff for my granddaughter. This will be a place we will book in the future for sure! Thank you Jacqueline for such a wonderful place to stay!

This was our first time staying in Pensacola Beach and absolutely loved this condo! It is located in a great area with lots to do- bars, restaurants, beach, shops, and plenty of activities! The paddle board and kayak were great amenities to the location and the condo was well equipped with beach gear and everything we needed. Sunsets on the patio and morning breakfasts were something we enjoyed daily. Comfortable beds and bathrooms made our stay outstanding for the week! The workout room was perfect for our needs as well. I highly recommend Tim’s place!!!!

My husband and I spent a week in this awesome condo! The location was perfect! From the room we were able to see the pool as well as the ocean. The condo was very clean and the king bed was great. We will definitely book with Lindsay again next year!!!

This beach condo truly feels like home. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. The decor is charming and thoughtfully designed, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. With all the amenities you need and just a short walk to the beach, it's the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Can't wait to come back!

This was my third stay at Emerald Isle, and the most well appointed condo yet! I’ve never seen such a well stocked place, from large bottles of bath and body products to kitchen necessities. There was even laundry and dish detergent although we brought our own. Plus it was helpful to have a pack and play and air mattress available in addition to the beds. We will be back!

Greg was an amazing host! His place was so cozy and private yet in walking distance to everything. 10/10 Will definitely be back!

Very comfortable place, we felt at home. Host was friendly and instructions were easy. There was soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable!

Denise and Brad were great hosts! Their place was peaceful, quiet, and cozy. It was walking distance from the beach and they had provided chairs and umbrellas as well to take with you. Lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We had a nice overnight stay at Breanna's condo! A few minor concerns popped up during our visit, but Breanna had excellent communication and helped to adress the issues - which ultimately didn't affect our stay. The place was very clean and the things we needed were well stocked. Great board game selection and TV is easy to use if you want to watch a movie or show. There's a public laundry facility attached to the pool house/community space on the back side of the condominiums. It was clean and well kept - $2 per wash and per dry. We stayed on a week day and the community was quiet. During the day, it seems like they may be addressing some renovation needs to the complex, so you may hear some noise from workers - but that wont be a problem if you are out enjoying the Fort Walton area and nearby public beaches.

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful place. Jay and Andrea were very friendly and accommodating. This spot is perfect for a family or friends looking for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!

We go to Portofino every summer and this condo was a great pick this year. Sheila was very responsive regarding any questions or needs. Will definitely be back.

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

Beautiful just like the pictures! Nice for the kids to be able to go to the bay and gulf. Multiple pools and the pizza from restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Breakfast on the balcony was perfect. We were able to check in early which was nice!

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our first trip to Destin, seeing the water was on our bucket list! Rebecca was a responsive great host and was even paying attention to small details like proactively replacing the free beach chairs she allows her guests to use. The reasons we picked this unit were - 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 bathrooms, modern updates and furnishings, onsite restaurant/bar, and a gym. Our boys had a great time each day on the beach just finding other boys to throw the football with or play baseball with. We loved the friendly family atmosphere without feeling overwhelmed by too many people. With multiple pools and ample private beach space, there was space for everyone! We also loved that this property had an on-site restaurant and bar, with staff that would come to the beach/pool and take your order. It felt very resort like! The building itself was also very clean, there were always maintenance staff cleaning, even scrubbing the sidewalks. We will be back!
