Villa holiday rentals in Pensacola Beach, Escambia County

We enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach Villas. Our unit was clean and very comfortable. The community pool was nice but could have been kept a little cleaner. The location was perfect!

The first time we had a rest. In fact, two-story apartments, everything was clean. The kitchen has a lot of necessary things for comfortable cooking. The window overlooks the fantastic sea. We used the grill area, everything is comfortable and thoughtful. The pool is clean. Adult and children's, a lot of people swim, no one bothers anyone. The territory is gentrified, sports grounds, in general everything is fine, but I would like to modernize it more. The beach is 3 minutes away, gorgeous sand and the sea. There are sun loungers on the beach, a little old, but in principle it is convenient. The overall experience is wonderful. Will definitely come again

Perdido Key is a great area for a restful family vacation. Pool is walkable, but we didn't walk to the beach with all our gear. This home is set up for a family with open kitchen/dining/living room and connected covered porch. We spent much of the week together in this area making memories with our small children. Careful when you time your visit. We visited end of Sep into Oct and just barely missed a hurricane!! We drove out of the rain into beautiful sunny Florida, and no rain for us until the last day. We drove back home to sunshine. We were very fortunate.

Pelican’s Landing was PERFECT! The location was great, the house was absolutely beautiful and the beds were super comfy. Patty was extremely responsive and we loved the amenities available. We are already planning our next trip!

House was nicely furnished and well equipped. The games in the garage were a nice added touch. It was also well equipped for those with little ones. Owners are great and you will have a great time!

We’ve staved in a lot of homes and this one is one of our favorite. The views of the sound were amazing. It was a great home for a large group. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The shuttle service to the pool and beach club was super convenient and made getting around a breeze. Would definitely stay here again — 10/10 recommend!

Irina was absolutely accommodating, so thoughtful, and so great to work with. Her place was beautiful and a perfect place for us to stay as a family. Our 3 year old daughter keeps asking to go back to “vacation home with the bunk beds” and that in and of itself is telling to how we all enjoyed our time. We hope to come back more frequently!

Place was perfect for a group of 18. We did a guys weekend of golf and fishing and it was plenty large for us. Close walk to the beach, beach carts and chairs provided by owners. House was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and had a cool pier to walk down at sunset. Good communication with owner as well. Even though it was jellyfish season and most of us got stung, we still enjoyed to quick access to the beach. I would tell parents to be more cautious of the purple flags at the beach than we were.

This was a great stay with plenty of kitchen items, bathroom items, linen and beach items. The community was beautiful, clean, and had great amenities. The location was also great and allowed us to visit plenty of beaches, restaurants, and stores. There was plenty of space for my family (10 people) and we would stay again in the future.

The booking was exactly like what the photos presented. Great host and even greater experience. My party of 16 were all able to find home in the booking with plenty of bedding, kitchen space, and functional amenities. The host provided plenty of recommendations, tips, and weather reports! There was a storm brewing near the end of our stay and Jane kept my party up-to-speed.

My family & I had an amazing stay at this beach house in Orange Beach, Alabama! Holly and Todd were incredibly kind and accommodating — they even offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach getaway. From beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen, they truly thought of everything. One of the best parts was having access to a golf cart — such a fun and convenient way to get around! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We were in town for the first time for the Sand in My Boots festival. The house is beautiful and clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed! Loved access to the two pools and the beach chairs and umbrella. Super easy walk to the beach right across the road from the house. The location was great.

Great responsive host. Property is very spacious. Close to the beach and nice view for the lake for a morning coffee. Nice restaurants within walking distance

We would absolutely return! The home is exactly as pictured. The walk-ability to the beach and pool are incredibly convenient. A private community pool is available steps from the front door and direct beach access just across the parking lot. Jenna provides many conveniences like cooler, chairs and towels. The back deck is private and a perfect place to start and finish the day in the shade, overlooking the water and watching the dozens of turtles.

Great location and close to everything but just far away to have some peace and quiet after a long day of exploring the Gulf Coast. House is clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The pool was awesome and the kids got a real kick out of the record player. Highly recommend this spot for any family looking for a place to hang out for a few days or even weeks.

I love our stay. The place is super clean, well equipped, and has plenty of space for 6 people. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Will surely book the place next time. Thank you so much you make us feel at home.
