We had a wonderful experience during the 45 days we spent in Paraíso Capri. The apartment completely exceeded our expectations — everything was brand new, well-equipped, comfortable and with modern decor that made us feel at home from day one. The location in Ponta Negra was also perfect: practical, quiet and with easy access to everything. Communication with Paula was also very easy and practical. We liked the stay so much that we've already booked to come back in July! It is rare to find a place that combines comfort, style, quality and hospitality in this way. We feel truly welcomed and can't wait to relive this experience. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is even better than the pictures show! The view is simply stunning, and the space is extremely comfortable, clean and well organized. The location is also excellent, with restaurants, a bakery, a market and several snack bars nearby. The host Jonathan was exceptional — always very polite, helpful and quick to respond, clarifying all our doubts with attention. From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

The flat is very good, it is new, exactly as in the photos. The building is a bit old, in need of renovation. The location is great, you go downstairs and you're already on the beach and you can walk to several places. You hear the sound of the waves, which is wonderful. On the second night, the apartment's power had a short circuit, leaving the air and lights out of order, which was a bit annoying, but the next day they fixed it. But I recommend the location.

It was great, we were very comfortable at the place, the place offers everything that is necessary, restaurants, several options, fairs, pharmacies and the beach is great, perfect and if we return we will stay at that place.

Sua Mauricio gave us all the guidelines and was always attentive… The elbow beach is wonderful, great for bathing. Our days were amazing, back in prediction. 😃

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Everything as mentioned in the announcement. Only one point of attention, the condominium has very strict rules, otherwise very cool, extremely well cared for environment, kind and considerate employees.

I recommend the accommodation. The view of the Ap is great, you can see the whole black beach. Apartment in a residential condominium, quiet and well ventilated. Good pool. Comfortable rooms. The kitchen with several utensils as per advertisement. The host is great. Great location close to pharmacies, mini markets, bakeries and some restaurants. It is possible to walk on the beach along the black-tip slopes.
