Holiday rentals with a patio in Brazil

The place is perfect for spending time with the family! I want to go back again with my family. The apartment is great and the location is not even mentioned, not to mention the view that the apartment has, which is perfect. I highly recommend it

The cottage is a grace! Very pleasant, a beautiful view, exactly like the ad. I would leave only two suggestions, one for the hosts and one for those who want to rent: to the hosts, please leave more bathroom mats and/or floor cloths, because when using the bathtub it is inevitable that it gets wet and we had nothing to dry the wet floor. To future guests who wish to cook: the kitchen is complete, very well equipped, but I recommend that you bring your own spices, as the chalet is in a very humid region, so they leave salt and pepper but it is very difficult to use due to humidity. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay! The check-in instructions were clear and we had everything we needed for the weekend. I would definitely recommend it and I hope to return soon with my fiancé!

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s place! Communication was great throughout - super quick responses and incredibly accommodating. The apartment itself is spacious and perfect for a group stay. Everything was smooth and comfortable, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing and the apartment is a delight. We were very happy in this space. The rooms have air conditioning, and they work very well. The apartment is well lit, well equipped and was delivered very clean. As negative points, I would like to point out that the main shower could use a basic cleaning because the water is falling in a sprayed and irregular manner due to the lack of maintenance of the holes, and in addition, the house could have toilet paper. Arriving on a trip with a suitcase and having to go out to buy something can be uncomfortable. Communication was practical, effective, and fast, but distant. For those who don't like to have close contact with the host, this is a great option. It wasn't a problem in my accommodation, but I think it's a relevant point to describe. The place is very well maintained, the space is clean and we will definitely return. We had a great experience.

The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he cleared up all our doubts quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. I chose the place to spend my birthday weekend and visit Areal and Petropolis, it was definitely the best choice! Ultra comfort, impeccable finish, everything clean, breathtaking view even more beautiful in person, we will miss it and we will definitely return on other occasions! aaaa, the Hydro and the shower are the highlight of the experience!!
