What a great house. Unfortunately the pictures do not do it justice. 3 separate floors of amazing views of the beach and city. Some nice local spots near by, i really liked the food place across the street. Pool was great. Loved loved luna, i think everyone will even if you dont like cats. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

Dona Edinalva is wonderful, always attentive, very well organized, a love. For those who go and want to have lunch, look for Biro lunch, the bakery at Taste of Bread has breakfast, lunch and dinner, but be careful that it is salty, and there is a very close Atacadão, to go for walking. There is also a cafeteria of specialty coffee nearby, I highly recommend, Coffee Observatory.

Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. The house remains well taken care of, with everything we need, it is always attentive and attentive to our needs (such as check in, for example). My father loves to stay in this house when he goes to Christmas and we will certainly keep renting, as everything works, he realizes that they do maintenance(this time the house was all newly painted )and it is always very clean. Adriana's space was excellent. Amazing view, really beautiful. The apartment is well ventilated and very well lit. Excellent location, it can be very close to Natal and at the same time far away to have tranquility. Adriana helped me with everything that was possible. Clean bed and bath linens, clean bathroom accommodations. Everything was clean, except for the kitchen objects (cutlery, pots and glasses) and appliances (blender, sandwich maker, etc...) almost all dirty and greasy, it was necessary to clean them well to be able to use them. I also point out the lack of cleaning on the window panes, which are in horrible condition. However, the experience in Adriana's space was excellent. I definitely recommend it

The place is spectacular! It was very easy to check in, everything was very clean and has absolutely everything you need for a stay. It also has a very nice view of the black ponta beach. Another point to note is that the building has a pool that we also knew how to enjoy and that is very good. The only thing I feel has a place to improve is the wifi, I think it is not located in the apartment and is at times cut.

the apartment DOES NOT MATCH the ad(laughs), reason: for the photos is an area and then you arrive and you find a beautiful, comfortable, clean and nice AP. The check in was a bit complicated, but it was all the fault of the hotel reception, they said I didn't have the reservation, the names were different from ours, I arrived very late almost midnight and had to bother the host by calling late(although he did not answer kk) and it was just a mistake of communication from the same hotel, other than all this exceeded my expectations. It accommodates the 6 people well, has a lattice, a balcony with a very pleasant table, two pools being one near the reception and the other in a living space together with the Barramares condominium, 3 blocks, super wooded, the dishes can turn, there is no Airfryer but the rest of it, it was without drinking water. Finally this experience exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone, I hope to come back soon!!

It was the first experience on Airbnb. Only compliments the apt of Marco is wonderful I felt at home. Pleasant environment, comfortable beds, clean and had all the utensils. Pe in the sand and we also had access to the condo that is glued with a building that is a cute one.
