All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Ana's house is according to the photos. All right nature. The pool, for those who do not know how to swim, it is necessary to take a little care, as it is quite deep. Who has children, it is good to wear buoys, but this had been informed before the stay. In addition, the communication was very quiet, and the house was very spacious and in a safe condominium. Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

The house is excellent. It is new and has all the necessary structure. It has a water filter, washing machine, silent air conditioning, beach chair, barbecue and the pool is shared with 2 other houses. Super recommend and would definitely come back.

The place is gorgeous, super comfortable and amid the naturaza! Quiet and safe neighborhood at the same time as 10 min from the centrinho on foot and the main beaches! Tulio is great, super kind and communicates super well and is always available! My stay at Vila Nomade was otima!

Enrico's place is a 💎 in São Miguel do Gostoso. It is close to the beach and you can walk to the strip where the restaurants are located. The house itself is great, with a lovely swimming pool to relax. The communication was easy and the lady helping locally was really great. I definitely recommend his place.

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

What we most loved about our stay was Risia's kindness and communication. The house is amazing, very spacious, airy, bedrooms and large bathrooms. It has basic items and is very well taken care of. Risia always answered us at the time, answering questions, guiding and making himself available. It was a great experience!

House with many details and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well. Beautiful and very well-kept decoration. The upstairs room with the terrace is a luxury. The kitchen is integrated into the modern living room and has almost everything you need. Antonio was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect, and he was also very decisive and friendly. It is located near (5 min) the shopping area and one of the beaches. You can also walk to many restaurants.
