Holiday rentals with a patio in Parma

Good stay for a single night. Ideal for a couple but the bedroom is not fully sealed from main area and you need to go through bedroom to get to bathroom so just a bit tricky if you have a baby sleeping. Nevertheless our host was helpful and accommodating and we were touched to see that there were toys provided for our little one! Balcony was a nice feature! Note: AC is only available starting June 1.

Everything was perfect

I have never slept in a fresher or cleaner Airbnb in all my years as a traveler. We were three people who slept here two nights and it was absolutely perfect in every way. We arrived in Parma by train and took bus 23 from the station (very anonymous bus stops in Parma & you should wave 👋 to the bus!) and found the accommodation without any problems. All instructions were very clear and it was very easy to find the apartment and to unlock it. Fresh beds, sheets & towels. The apartment felt like we were the first to live in it. We were going to a football match and it was walking distance to the epic stadium Ennio Tandini. I can recommend this accommodation with all my heart.

Comfortable apartment in a very peaceful area. Ours was a business trip, but the area is convenient for both the center of Parma and other activities.

We stayed here for three weeks and loved it. Perfect location in the old quarter, easy access to great restaurants, and a nice vibe in the neighborhood. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

we had a great stay there. A cozy and cozy home, sorry for the bad weather, but of course they can't do that. But even then, we had a great time. Very sweet people and help you in everything. Amazing views

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Writers within a few minutes' drive, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the rural area. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a star trip in the Emilia Romagna area.

We felt immediately like at home in this beautiful countryside ancient farm. All what we needed was there, and especially the kitchen was well equipped. We found a lot of activities and games ready for kids, included the wood carriage :). Kids felt like living in a royal forteress. Phillip was proactive and very friendly.

Beautiful tower hidden in the woods on the hill. Very stylish, unique and well kept place. Truly mind-blowing views - you can have breakfast with a top-down view to the town surrounded by mountains! It’s a place in the wild, in the woods, where wildlife is curious about newcomers:) It was perfect for a couple for a romantic getaway. Felt like a little adventure. Extremely helpful and welcoming hosts. We came with public transport and had all the support from the hosts. I would highly recommend a bike trip around - it’s not difficult even for an inexperienced person, and the views are definitely worth it! We had a very special time in the Tower, loved the experience, thank you very much!

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

We loved the design of the apartment & hosts’ hospitality. The backyard and the pool are wonderful! Recommend anyone staying here.

Very, very pleasant stay, comfortable apartment for easily getting around the surroundings (Modena, Bologna, Parma, etc.). The house is very clean, tidy, spacious, cool (even on the hottest days) and has everything you need for a short stay. A small garden accessible from the apartment and a private parking space (convenient for those traveling by motorcycle) complete the whole. Fabiola and Riccardo are very kind, helpful and always ready to give advice and suggestions. Ultimately, a positive experience and highly recommended!

Fantastic location. Easy to walk to restaurants and Modena’s centre. Great place to stay if you want to see Modena and don’t want to drive. The host communicated clearly and kindly.

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.

We had a great stay at Spiros apartment. It’s very nicely located in the heart of Modena with beautiful views over the old town (the terrace is amazing!!). Very nice restaurants and bars super close to the apartment. It’s also very clean and has everything you need for a fun stay in Modena. Spiros and Viviana were very kind, gave many recommendations and were always available via chat. Thanks for the great time! :-)
