I've in Parma many times and I loved Nicolle's place. Hope to find it again next time. Is amazing how quiet is inside the apartment despite all the vibration and all-day life of the surroundings.... it was a NICE stay!!!

Valentina was a wonderful and responsive host. She personally greeted me and showed me around the place. She also responded to me at midnight when I had trouble unlocking the door (hint: if the door doesn't unlock, firmly pull it and turn the lock to the left. it's because I didn't close it properly!). The apartment is small but clean and modern. Tiny shower but great water pressure and no issues with temperature. Modern appliances and a comfy bed. I had everything I needed and felt at peace. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Parma! Thank you Valentina, you made my stay comfortable and gave me confidence to explore the city like a local. Btw Totino's pizza is down the street, surprisingly some of the best pizza I had in Parma.

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything worked out well. The apartment was inviting and clean, the communication with Martina very nice. Parma is a great city!In fact, the street in front of the apartment can be heard very clearly inside, but that did not bother us. The private parking behind the house is great.

Our time in Jacopo's accommodation was so beautiful! The accommodation is very special and ideal for those who want some peace and quiet The house is really something very special, not only because of the detailed furnishings and the magnificent view, but because of the great garden around it. We loved cooking with the great view and eating outside on the terrace. Thank you Jacopo for everything, we felt very welcome!

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

My mom and I stayed at Giovanni's apartment. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Suitable for those who have to move on foot and those who have to go to the Maggiore hospital, which is very close. We had a great time. Giovanni is super kind and friendly, available to meet the needs of guests. If we were to return, we would clearly stay in his property!

Very cozy and original accommodation! We felt comfortable and welcome from the beginning, especially through the friendly encounter with Dominique. Surroundings is perfect for nature lovers. You can take beautiful e-bike tours and stock up on groceries in the nearby village or visit the restaurants and bars.

Federico's house really impressed us: cozy, with attention to detail, extremely comfortable and very clean. Nothing was missing: every comfort was present and well thought out. A place where you immediately feel at home. From the moment we arrived, everything was simple and pleasant, thanks also to the availability and kindness of the host. The stay was amazing. When arriving we were greeted with a home baked cake which was great. The view from the house is like a dream, it is beautiful. The instructions were clear and the space was light, open and worked well. The bed could be turned so when you want to watch tv it’s easy to do so, but honestly, just watching to the view is enough. We could use the jacuzzi, and during the first nights there were no other guest so it felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond, had great recommendations for the area. Good to know that the location is really in the country side so it takes a bit to get anywhere but that was no problem because the place has the view it has. We felt really welcome and would stay again if we are ever in the area again. Thank you!

Would really recommend this property. In a good location in walking distance to the centre. The apartment itself is beautiful with all the amenities you need and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous. Spiros was very kind and even carried my case up five flights of stairs. Thankyou!

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature. Great experience, although it was initially difficult to check in, an alternative was immediately found. Spacious and clean, if we go back to Modena we will definitely book here again.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.
