We’ve spend only one night in the flat, but it was nice stay. The flat was extremely clean, big and Rosella’s welcome really warm.

We stayed in Giuseppe's accommodation for only one night but we had a great time, excellent cleanliness, everything you need even for a longer stay, a large shower that was much appreciated, and an extremely kind and helpful owner.

Highly recommended! Ideal accommodation to explore Parma and its surroundings, especially if you arrive by car (accommodation located outside the ZTL and free parking nearby - at the bottom of the building if you are lucky or in the neighborhood a few minutes walk away, many very good shops nearby and center easily accessible on foot in 25 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, authentic immersion with the locals. Spacious accommodation, very clean, comfortable bedding, as described, where you feel very good! (note for PMR: 2nd floor without elevator). You can follow Ottavia's recommendations without a second thought! Thank you Ottavia!

Antonella is a really kind and nice person. The house is well connected to the center and the squares, and there are many places for aperitifs and restaurants, both typical and not, near the house. The place is quite quiet, of course if like me you are used to absolute silence at night you may have slight difficulties but bearable. However, everything is beautiful and I recommend it

Small space but fit our family of 4. Perfect for our needs at an excellent nightly rate. Check in was easy. Having access to a washer and dryer is bonus. We found free parking just around the corner on the main road. 5 min walk to a couple of grocery stores, and not far from the centre. Our 7 and 9 year old girls were able to walk it every day. If we came again we would stay again.

It was very nice to be in the apartment, it is very close to the train station and the city center, you can go by bus or on foot and be there in a few minutes. The apartment is well furnished and as described in the listing. Communication with Simonne was very good and she is a very kind person. I'll go back.

Matteo’s place was perfect for our three days in Parma!! Easy walk to the train station and close walk to the sites and old city. We loved the neighborhood and the vibe. Highly recommend! Matteo recommended some restaurants nearby, which we loved. He was a friendly and responsive host. Note there are stairs so pack light if you can!

Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! If only all homes could be like this!! Honestly, close to a boutique hotel!! Toptop!! Well-equipped, soundproofed, air-conditioned, meticulously decorated! We loved everything! I recommend it! Ideal for my family, the apartment is spacious, with elevator for suitcases and stroller. The parking is not very far and secure. Fresh water fountain available: great idea!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try

We had a very good time in the apartment, although it is a unique room with kitchen and room, it is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is also spacious. In the garden there is a table with and a barbecue. You can leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the house. The area is quiet and close to many interesting castles to visit. The owner who lives above the apartment is very kind and always available.

This beautiful, spotlessly clean, huge apartment is ideally located near wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, and historic attractions. Having secure, private parking for our rental car was a big plus. Communication with co-host Francesca was excellent— she was responsive and helpful throughout. This gorgeous apartment looked just like the photos and offered plenty of space to unwind from our busy touring schedule. Virtual key access worked wonderfully too. Highly recommended. We would love to return soon.
