Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Rocco welcomed us with a smile when we arrived and showed us around the accommodation. We immediately felt at home! The accommodation is within a few minutes' walk of all sights, and only 15-20 minutes' walk from the train station. We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely book it if we visit Parma again!

The house, both rustic and refined, is immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and furnished with great care and love for detail, absolutely beautiful and stylish. Our host welcomed us with openhearted kindness, and with fresh eggs from his own happy chickens, which we saw roaming freely around the pond. The eggs were exquisite, a gift we truly cherished, and we gladly bought a dozen to take with us. Most importantly for us: it was 100% quiet at night, perfect for those seeking a peaceful, restful sleep. We were so excited about the place that we already made plans to return for a week to explore the area, or to stop by again on our way to vacation or a ferry. A haven for any traveler seeking rest, beauty, and inspiration.

Apartment was in a great location to explore the city. Good amenities and comfortable furniture. Good to be outside the ZTL zone if you are travelling by car. Parking can be a little tricky depending on the time you are parking but overall it was fine.
