Highly recommended host. Simona is a kind and welcoming person. The house is exactly as described. A cozy accommodation and compliments for the impeccable cleanliness and order, which I care about a lot. I also thank Simona for the advice on where to go to eat, where we found friendly people and the pizza we ate was really delicious. Everything is highly recommended.

This was our second stay at Pinuccia's lovely B&B and we were just as enamored. It is just outside the old part of Castell Arquarto, easy to walk into town. The amenities are excellent - she has thought of everything one could need or want, including a delicious homemade cake. The refrigerator is well stocked and she makes sure there is plenty to snack on, as well as for breakfast. Everything is spotless, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. Pinuccia is a wonderful host - friendly, welcoming, and respectful of your privacy. We will always choose her B&B when in the area!

I was in Cremona to work for three weeks and Alessandra's apartment was quite suitable, on the 2nd floor of an old building, quiet and in the beautiful historic center of the city, with for example the cathedral and the central square 5 minutes' walk away. The train station is a 20-minute walk away. Contact with Alessandra was very good for managing my arrival, then throughout the stay if I had a question. I recommend it :)

Really nice

This place has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Very well-equipped (oil, salt, pepper, herbs, cooking items, toiletries) which is rare. Fans and air conditioning were welcome, as we stayed when it was very hot. Hosts were friendly, flexible and accommodating. Lovely snacks and drinks left for us during our stay. Spacious, well arranged and well-equipped apartment. Quiet environment and close to shops, Modena, Maranello etc .... very quickly accessible. Cristian is super responsive and very welcoming

Very nice place, on a huge private, fenced property. Surrounded by olive trees and a really enchanted property, this invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe or dinner. Without disturbing views, sauna is made possible here with adjoining wood-fired jacuzzi. A dream! The massively surrounding winemakers provide the right wine. Wine tasting is also available everywhere here. The owner is very accommodating and respects privacy. Your residential building is located on this property, but not in the view of the Guesthouse. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket, specialty shops, bakeries, etc. are about 30 minutes walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will be back! Thanks for the great getaway!

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

My group of friends and I stayed in the beautiful home of Andrea and his parents for 1 night, but we felt right at home. Andrea and her parents were very kind, helpful and in company. The place was clean, well cared for, and the kitchen was super stocked! The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the daily routine in the city. Highly recommended!!

I had an amazing experience staying here while attending Elrow Town Festival at Iren Green Park. The location was super convenient—just a 20-30 minute walk to the festival, which made getting around really easy. But what truly made this stay special was the incredible hospitality from our host. When our train was unexpectedly cancelled due to a strike, she went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation. Not only did she help us figure out alternative options, but her husband also kindly picked us up from the station and even gave us a little tour of the area. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made us feel at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—thank you again for such a welcoming and memorable stay!

Would really recommend this property. In a good location in walking distance to the centre. The apartment itself is beautiful with all the amenities you need and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous. Spiros was very kind and even carried my case up five flights of stairs. Thankyou!

A superb base in the heart of Formigine. Spotlessly clean, spacious, high ceilings and tonnes of light. Incredibly convenient for exploring the area (easy walk to the station, you’re in the centre of Modena in under half an hour), and close to the shops and the centre of Formigine. Grateful for the cot for our little one and the washing machine. Balcony such a bonus, lovely spot for morning coffee. Such a gem- we will be back!
