Monthly Rentals in Park West Village

Such a great stay at this AirBnB. This apartment was renovated really well for NYC standards. The roommates were very quiet and respectful. The in unit washer/dryer worked. The kitchen was spotless. The area is not even 5 minutes from the 1 train with 2/3 express at 96th and 72nd. I say all in all it’s really a great deal. Host was super friendly & very responsive. Really nice, genuine guy. Hard to find people like that in this world. 6/5 would recommend

I stayed in Michael's wonderful apartment for nearly a month. It is a pristine, lovingly cared for home, and I felt so lucky to be able to share this space. Thank you to Michael for all the kindness and hospitality. I had lived in New York for seven years and so I know the city well; it was a gift to be back.

We had a wonderful month stay . The apt was neat, clean and had everything that we needed to stay and work. The location was excellent. Just steps to Central Park , the Subway, shops and Deli’s. Would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to go back someday. If I had to make suggestions for improvement it would be to have a doormat outside the front door and to replace the pillows which were flat. Everything else was perfect . Thank you Ina and Di.

Heather was immensely helpful and got us settled in no time. Flexible with checking and checkout and it was all that we had hoped for in terms of comfort and convenience. Loved it. Will come again.
