Andy was a great host, we bumped into him and his family when we arrived. They were all very nice, accommodating and super friendly. The home and property is beautiful and peaceful. You can really feel the love in the space. Quiet but also close to a HUGE grocery store. The king mattress was incredibly comfortable, often an overlooked detail but so important. Our dogs and us had a great vacation and we are so thankful to have stayed here! P.S - Skye (their beautiful dog) was amazing and a highlight of our trip.

We had a fantastic stay at Shelly’s home! The house was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location in Palmer Lake was perfect, offering a peaceful and scenic retreat while still being close to great hiking trails, local restaurants, and charming shops. Shelly was a wonderful host: communicative, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Excellent house for four persons/family with a King and two twin beds. Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. House is near railroad tracks but train noise was not bothersome. Good location just north of Air Force Academy. Great location for walking and pickle ball adjacent to Palmer Lake. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect get away place!! Hot tub worked perfect and made for a great relaxing evening activity!

Debra's home was perfect for our family getaway from the City! On a beautiful and private property, you feel like you are in the mountains and just a few minutes from I-25! The extra basket of towels and coffee was an extra touch that was appreciated. And the fresh cut wood for the wood burning stove... it was a wonderful stay ❤️

Aj is the definition of a super host. The place did not lack in anything. One of very few places that actually has 7 full beds without a bunk bed being apart of that count. Well designed and decorated place. No exaggerations in descriptions or misleading photos. In fact, the place looked better in person than the pictures displayed. Aj provided very detailed instructions. The house took every possible need into consideration. I would definitely request this place again!

Briar Patch Urban Farm was the PERFECT place for our family to stay! Our kids (ages 3 and 1) loved interacting with the animals, and Doug gave us a sweet little tour. The Airbnb was perfectly set up for families as well—they even had toys, kids plates/silverware, kids bath soap, and a bathroom stool! They were the most thoughtful and understanding hosts, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun and beautiful place to stay, especially if you have kids.

Shelley's place felt cozy to me right away. It is in a great neighborhood and has a view of the mountains from the bedroom window. Everything was clean and well cared-for. Shelley was very responsive to messages and requests. I would stay here again if/when I come back to the area.

I have stayed here many times and keep coming back because of the kind service and communication from Frank & Ingrid and because the apartment is reliably clean and pleasant and in such a great location - walkable to Colorado College and downtown Colorado Springs.

I will stay at Kim's every time I visit my son in the Springs if I can! It felt SO restful. Also what a fun selection of family movies!

Home was as expected in the pictures. Gabby was always there for communicating any questions we had. Place was cute and cozy. Only recommendation is maybe better instructions to get into the basement to use the washer and dryer. Other than that the home was perfect for our stay.

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.
