It was very clean and the massage chair is excellent and the hot tub and pool are clean and feel great! The place was clean and calm the owners don’t bother and they are great with communication

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

We loved staying at Tiffany's beautiful home. The kids loved the pool and the mickey room with bunkbed and slide. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of linens, pool towels, etc. were provided. Would highly recommend staying!

We had a great stay at Cobblestone Cottage! The home was cozy, clean, and well-stocked, and the setting in the forest was beautiful — especially with the rain. Communication with Sarah was excellent; she was warm, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. The instructions were clear, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Excellent house for four persons/family with a King and two twin beds. Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. House is near railroad tracks but train noise was not bothersome. Good location just north of Air Force Academy. Great location for walking and pickle ball adjacent to Palmer Lake. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.

David’s place was excellent for our 4 families during a lengthy stay for Air Force Academy Graduation and a destination wedding ( 12 total people). Accurate pictures and descriptions - we were very pleased with the overall space, cleanliness, and quality. Backyard provided plenty of entertainment on those sunny days. Living room upstairs accommodated all 12 of us each evening for games and just hanging out. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of options ( outdoor games and ping pong) for groups with kids. Great location for hikes or restaurants near Palmer Lake and Monument. David was highly responsive to our questions. Overall great stay.

When we arrived and opened the door, we all literally said "WOW" at the welcome we received. There was soft music playing, all the lights were on, and cookies on the counter with a welcome note. It was very evident that Charli and Mike went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The whole house was tidy, clean, and we loved the large supply of towels and washcloths provided. We have never had that many before. My friend and I also loved the fact that there is a second living room on the lower level that we could escape to and chat while our husbands talked boy talk in the upper level living room. We have rented multiple houses throughout the years and this one is definitely up there at the top as one of our favorites!

This house was the perfect location for visiting family in Monument and close to restaurants and stores. Good access to freeway and to other attractions in the area. We felt right at home! Plenty of space in kitchen, well stocked, and a nice refrigerator. Also liked that there were 3 full baths available so all guests felt comfortable. King suite was also a nice size. We will probably book this home in the future when visiting our family there. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We loved our stay here. Even better than the photos. Large, clean, well stocked (crockpot, instapot, cooler), comfy furniture and peaceful. The neighborhood is wonderful, I loved my morning walks exploring. We loved the ping pong table! The location is good - we went to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge, Phantom Canyon and Pikes Peak. Loved it all. On our last night we saw 14 deer in the yard! What a treat. Highly recommend staying here!

We were here for a wedding at Palmer Lake. This was only 10 minutes from the venue. Also conveniently located to our family and activities in Colorado Springs. This was the CLEANEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. Our host purchased a new pack n play to accommodate our granddaughter. She also offered to purchase a stroller. She was very responsive when we had issues with the WiFi. The only real issue was that there was a burned out light in the primary water closet and one that flickered in the kitchen. And housekeeping neglected to leave extra paper products for us so we had to purchase them. Minor inconveniences. Overall this was an excellent property and I would stay here again for sure.

Staying at Tammy’s home in Florissant was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely at peace. The location is breathtaking – nestled in the serene Colorado mountains, it’s the perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and easy access to nearby sights like Mueller State Park, Florissant Fossil Beds, and Cripple Creek. Waking up to mountain views and sipping coffee on the deck while watching deer pass by was pure magic. Tammy was an outstanding host: kind, responsive, and clearly passionate about making sure her guests have an unforgettable experience. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a warm and welcoming energy that made it hard to leave.
