Mark’s cabin was perfect! There was plenty of space and it was clean and felt very homey. Sitting on the porch was very peaceful and perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Throughout our stay, Mark was responsive and always got back to us within a reasonable amount of time. We loved Mark’s funky little cabin!

Exceptional stay at Samantha’s property. Perfect for exploring Fly Creek and Cooperstown. The backyard was stunning - we loved playing games, relaxing, and wading in the water. Would definitely stay again!

This was such a great stay. Rita and Ryan were helpful since the moment we booked. Their recommendations were great and we ended up eating some amazing food and seeing some of the best views in NY. The house was beautiful and mind blowing to me how they were able to have so much inside. 100% would stay again and am recommending it to everyone I know that visits the area.

This home is the perfect get away. Gorgeous property. I enjoyed walking in the mornings, beautiful wildlife. The deer get close enough to almost touch! The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are spread out enough for several families to stay comfortably and with privacy. Lots of bathrooms! Very clean! Lots of kitchen supplies! Everything needed for an amazing get away.
