We stayed for a long weekend, Art was very helpful and extremely nice! The property was perfect for our family and we had plenty of yard to run around in for our boys. Overall it was a great time and the property was perfect for our family! Highly recommend this place for a Cooperstown trip!!!

This place is such a gem! They thought of everything and so many special touches. We stayed here after taking the boys to Cooperstown for baseball and it did not disappoint. We hope to come again!

This is a great place to stay. We had eight adult men staying for a healing weekend and everyone had their own room. Location is fantastic, views gorgeous, and the amenities were thoughtfully appointed.

We had a great weekend stay at Katherine’s. The Esopus Bend Nature Preserve is only a ten minute drive and we really appreciated the local recommendations provided in the binder!

We had an incredible stay at this airbnb! It was so lovely, comfortable, spacious and had so many wonderful amenities. The lake was beautiful, and the house was equipped with mostly everything you need for a long weekend getaway. We can't wait to visit again. Thank you for everything, Nataliya !

We had a lovely stay in Schoharie in this beautiful home built in 1790. The kitchen was spacious and had everything needed for cooking, including fresh eggs, juice and creamer in frig and a supply of bagels and pancake mix. Jill had baskets in the bathrooms with extras in case you forgot your toothbrush, needed shampoo, etc. And Jill was very quick to respond, very helpful with local recommendations, an all around wonderful host. Thanks so much, Jill!

We enjoyed at lovely short break at the Lakeside House. We've stayed in a lot of places over the years and Nicole's house is a standout, and absolutely perfect for families. The game room and boats were huge hits with our family. We also appreciated how well stocked the house was and its private peaceful location. We very much hope to return in future!

Brent was an exceptional host for our three-night riverside stay. Despite the rainy weekend, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect - just a 20-minute drive from Cooperstown, making it an ideal base for my father's bucket list trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame. The area offers diverse dining options, from charming greasy spoon diners to impressive farm-to-table restaurants. We appreciated the peaceful river setting and convenient access to attractions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the Cooperstown area!

We had another great stay at David and Kristine’s Lake House! The house is very cozy and has everything you need for a great vacation. We love waking up and seeing the lake. We especially enjoy the winter time seeing the snow in the frozen lake and the evergreen trees with the snow on their branches. The location is prefect, close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. This was our second time at the lake house and we are hoping to make it a yearly tradition. David and Kristine are great hosts! They respond immediately to any communication and left plenty of great information inside the house. I cannot say enough good things about David, Kristine, and their Lake House!

Cozy, quaint, cute space. Perfect for a couple or a single adventurer. Gorgeous location and amenities. Would happily re-book!

We were looking g for a place for our family of seven while our son did ASV for Cooperstown. This house was perfect to either All Star Village or Dreams Park. There were cute little amenities and the hosts went above and beyond for the little touches they had at the house. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Felt right at home. Air in each room was cold and had its own remote. Great outdoor space and use of games and fishing poles. I will recommending to all my baseball friends who are coming for the tournament.

Frederic's home was lovely, but what stood out was the beautiful lakefront with private dock. Frederic was very easy to work with and extremely responsive to all my questions.

The place was very clean and well decorated as well as well stocked! Michele was kind enough to leave us a goodie bag with local treats and information. Overall a great place in a great location!!

Lovely quick getaway from the city! Views are amazing from the property. Easy check in and out … host communicated quickly!

This lovely cabin was just perfect in every way! The house itself was very private, nicely furnished and was stocked with everything you need and more to enjoy every part of the property. We enjoyed the three season porch and the interior fireplace the most where we lounged for hours in between walking to and from Sacandaga Lake to the property's dedicated access area. Though it rained all weekend, we could not have found a more quiet, serene and peaceful place to spend a long holiday weekend. We look forward to returning sometime soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Spruce Lake Cabin. The lake was extremely peaceful and, despite the rainy weekend, was still very enjoyable on the deck. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the kayak! Jacqui was extremely friendly and communicative from the beginning. I’m hoping to plan another stay!

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

We really enjoyed our stay at Courtney's beautiful home in Schenevus! The home was so clean, cozy and the wood interior and exterior was beautiful. I loved that when we walked in the door, it smelled like fresh pine! While it rained for our entire stay, the peaceful feeling was unmatched between the home and the view of the water. When stepping outside, you could hear the sounds of the stream that flows out of the small lake. On nice days, to sit at the table on the deck or around the fire pit would have been heavenly, while listening to that stream! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the home (that's one of the first things that I look for in an airbnb!). This location is between Cooperstown and Oneonta (20-25 minutes to each), so going out to eat or to the grocery store is no problem! Thanks, Courtney, for a great stay!

I grew up on this lake and I still own property there. Mine needs to be rebuilt so it was great to stay at hers. She has a great spot on the lake. Great fishing right off her docks to. Will stay again!

Ivan's home was beautiful. The location on the lake was so quiet and peaceful. It was clean and it had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back again!

This house was so much better than expected. The amenities are above and beyond. You can go fishing, theres boats you can take out into the pond, and there’s a disco ball that has lights shining onto it. It was the best weekend ever and I’m definitely booking the house again. The kitchen is also beautiful and has everything you need. When people say the house is better in person they aren’t lying. I also took my friends to Howe caverns which is only 30 minutes away from the house. Highly recommend the house!!!!!

This 100 year old cabin is perfect for a cozy and peaceful getaway. My wife and I had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer. We will certainly be coming back whenever we get the chance. Steve was also a perfect host as he was always available to answer any questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Marta's house. Everything was spotless, well cared for and thoughtful. The check in process was so simple and the house rules were easy to follow. The record collection was such a nice touch, especially on a rainy Saturday afternoon and the basement with a full media setup and games was perfect for a Saturday night in. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and amenities and the hot tub was great as well! The location was also great! Nothing bad to say about this amazing little spot :-)
