More adventure is nearby, as Mad River Mountain and Marmon Valley Farm are 5 minutes away and the cute town of Bellefontaine is within 12 minutes.

The Old Postal Cottage

*Note: feel free to inquire about availability for dates not listed as open on calendar. The Old Postal Cottage, built in the 1840s, was the Parkman post office until mid 2018. It was completely renovated, and it is now a tiny house, located within an Amish community in Northeast Ohio. It has a private entrance, and is a cozy space, perfect for a getaway in the country, with access to all major roads and an easy commute to Cleveland, Youngstown, Akron, and many tourist attractions.

Can’t beat the location, this is a great option for parents or couples who are in town visiting students or passing through on their way to a final destination. Beware, there are low ceilings :)

The Yellow Springs Tiny House is a super insulated 400 square foot energy efficient home, partially powered by solar panels. You have all the amenities of a home including laundry, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, cathedral ceilings, high speed internet with smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YoutubeTV, Disney+). It is all new, opened in June 2018. Just a few blocks from downtown, bikeway, Yellow Springs Brewery, Mills Park Hotel, Little Art Theater, and more.

The Gladiola Tiny House is a modern and cozy tiny house now located in Campbell Cove Campground with access to the Lake Logan. This tiny house features a kitchen with lots of amenities to prepare and serve meals, a full bath with shower, vanity/sink, and flushing toilet, a queen size loft bed, a sofa bed that converts into a full size bed, a deck with a view the lake, and a fire pit area for roasting marshmallows and enjoying sunsets and the night stars. The Blue Bird Shipping Container tiny House

Check out our 20ft shipping container, that recently added a 10 by 16 bedroom addition to the space too!. The shipping container sits on a 40ft by 20ft deck, which includes a 20ft by 12 ft cover area that has out door love seats, hot tub, fire pit and gas grill. If you are feeling adventurous you can walk up the stairs case to hang out on top of the shipping container that has a sitting area on that 20ft by 8ft deck.
