Cabin holiday rentals in Ohio

Everything fit the description and was exactly as we expected. We needed to ask something about the firewood and someone responded almost immediately. 10/10

The cabin was wonderful - a peaceful retreat. There were great options for relaxing outside - 2 porches and the fire pit area. All had comfy sitting options - including swings and Adirondack chairs. It was a private area with lots of wildlife to observe. The inside was cute, very clean, and cozy. Hosts were very proactive in their communication. We used their guide to find wineries, canoeing options and hiking trails. Great getaway - looking forward to returning!

The Nature Spa was great. The pool, hot tub and game room were huge hits with grandsons. The movie theater pit the icing on the cake. The master suit is awesome. Was very easy to find and has beautiful view of pond while sitting the deck while having coffee. Thank you again.

Really cute place, lot of care went into to making it feel homey. Lots of games and activities to do in the property. It was clean, and quaint!! Really enjoyed our time, would stay here again!

This was my husband and I’s 5th trip to Hocking Hills and this was by far the best cabin we have stayed in. The attention to detail was unmatched . Anything we could ever need was provided, including snacks :). The cats (Kevin and Moo Moo)on the property were unbelievably friendly and were my favorite part of the stay. We will be back again!

The place was perfect for our stay and exactly what we we were looking for - quite and relaxing . Laura was the most thoughtful host and had everything anyone staying could ever need. She even had a few little surprises for us after finding out our stay was part of my birthday celebration.

5 stars! This was the perfect weekend getaway. The space is beautifully and intentionally designed — every detail felt thoughtful and contributed to a truly comfortable stay. We didn’t find ourselves needing anything beyond what was already provided. It was great to be tucked away in such a secluded, peaceful spot, ideal for hiking, relaxing, and disconnecting. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge in a quiet, well-equipped setting.

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely wonderful. We loved every little detail. Miso was such a lovely companion and Gary was super amazing and a joy to chat with the couple times we ran into him. The cabin is so private and quiet it made it easy to just relax and enjoy our time away. Will definitely be staying there again.

"Oink" is an adorable cabin tucked back in the woods that appears, from the pictures in the cabin, to have been build by the hosts themselves. The cabin was very clean, and the surroundings nice and quiet. The location was perfect for affordable and easy access to the Hocking Hills region. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and plan to put "Oink" on the top of our list for lodgings the next time we visit Hocking Hills.

Such a beautiful little cabin in the most peaceful setting. The sounds of the birds and the cicadas in the forest were just magical, and we loved the morning visits from the birds, squirrels, and deer just outside the big picture window. The bird feeders are popular so make sure to fill them with the provided seed for your viewing entertainment. There was also a groundhog family that hung out in the back each day. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and Bren so graciously provides the wood. The property is so pretty and I'm sure will be even more so as the flowers begin to bloom. The cabin has so many unique details inside and out. You will find surprises everywhere you look. We were still finding things up until we left. It's just adorable and clearly was built and decorated with nothing but love! So cozy and comfortable, we definitely want to go back. Being able to take our dog with us was a huge plus! Bren is a great host. So happy we found this place!

Great place, easy to find and a beautiful property. The only thing we would note is to bring your own water, the water smells strongly of sulfur but not a big deal as long as you have your own to drink!

This were perfect for our travel. The dogs loved it as well. They have a wonderful coffee pot, coffee, and creamer in the mini refrigerator. The freezer works great in the refrigerator because we put ice packs for our cooler in there. The breakfast was awesome! We had the biscuit and gravy meals the first day. The second we had the farmers meals. It was fantastic for a great start of the day. There was plenty of room in the cabin especially if you have children. A loft for fun playing. I know I would've loved it if I were a kid. Thank you to Gina to making us so welcomed. We enjoyed the town as well. There is a cute park in town for dogs to play. Also many stores to see. My husband and I talked about how cool it would be to stay in the winter as well. Definitely recommend!

it was a great place to stay at with a beautiful view, Denise did a great job communicating and being accommodating. My only complaint is that I was not made aware that they converted grill to charcoal and was not able to be prepared. Denise did let me know where I could get supplies to be able to cook. For the price and what we had available to us it was a great vacation.

Al’s place was a home away from home. Very relaxing atmosphere that started inside then extended to the outdoors. Coffee by the pond each morning was so relaxing and ending the day with a dunk in the hot tub was icing on the cake. Such a wonderful oases. We never had the opportunity to use the outside fire places but what a wonderful addition by the pond. The inside was very clean and roomy. The cabin was not only well stocked with tissues, paper towels etc but with replacements. This is not always the case. If the wind blows us that way we’ll surely stay there again. Thank you Al. You have a wonderful place.

This is me and my husband’s favorite place to go for a peaceful get away. Have been several times and every time, we are so happy we came. My husband loves the fishing and I soak up the peace and quiet on the enclosed back porch.

We came to relax and got exactly what we were looking for. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for an amazing couple nights. The location was nice because you feel like you have privacy without being too far from the local hiking spots. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating giving us all the information we needed prior to check-in. Overall an amazing place and a great option for a Hawking Hills getaway!

From the get go, Jami made our stay special! We were in the Hocking Hills area to celebrate my daughter’s 40th birthday and Jami had left some treats to contribute to the celebration! Much appreciated! We enjoyed this slice of heaven and definitely will be back!

This cabin was very nice and relaxing with a beautiful view. The interior is unique and charming, with all modern amenities. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay.

The whole experience with Rosalie was amazing. Very responsive, very kind, and just overall a great transaction. The home exceeded expectations, it was a lot of small thoughtful things- bathroom amenities in case of forgotten items, coffee bar, notes and instructions were so clear. Wonderful property and host!

We loved our stay at Lori’s cabin! One of my favorite trips to date. This cabin is perfect for a weekend at hocking hills. Very close to cedar falls and old man’s cave. Very quiet with a beautiful view of the summer sunrise. The cabin itself was very thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. Loved it!

My wife and I went on our honeymoon. Very secluded, and I loved that privacy. We had a great time cooking over an open fire. The decor was cute, and my wife and I both joked around and said we were going to ask the owner if we could just buy it. It was well needed. Thank you so much Nathan.

5 Stars – A Perfect Couples Getaway Near Hocking Hills My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb just outside of Columbus, near the beautiful Hocking Hills region. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The home was spotless, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The setting was peaceful and secluded—exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning, stargazed at night, and spent our days exploring nearby trails and waterfalls. It was the perfect mix of nature and comfort. Our hosts were responsive, gracious, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. You can tell they take pride in offering a high-quality stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this spot to any couple looking for a romantic retreat or anyone who wants to recharge in a quiet, beautiful setting.

This place was AMAZING. The perfect mix of cozy and modern. It was truly like a Pinterest dream come to life! Everything was spotless, the vibe was peaceful, and the hot tub and sauna? Chef’s kiss. I seriously didn’t want to leave. This cozy modern cottage was everything I hoped for and more. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and I genuinely don’t have a single complaint. It was absolutely perfect for an anniversary surprise for my husband! I would absolutely stay here again!
