Loved a stay in the cottage. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend. The cinnamon rolls were a hot with husband!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Ruth and Walt created a tranquil space for guests. They welcomed us immediately and were kind and open even though our travel 8 hours there from construction laden roads in Chicago left us exhausted and socially drained. As we rested and became human again our interactions were positive, and their two dogs warmed our hearts. The fridge is spacious but a hot plate is used for cooking, not inconvenient as vacations should be free from extensive kitchen encounters. Overall our rating is five star because the space has a designer look in the country where sleeping well is a bonus. Thank you amazing hosts for making our stay feel special. God bless.

What a great, superb place to stay. Easily our favorite for the past several years. Love, love, love the rustic vintage quaint charm! So cosy with all extraordinary variety of books to peruse! The backyard and goats were a big plus, great for hanging out. Excellent location, we went to the East Market for meals, Franklin Park Conservatory, and several thrift shops. It’s right on the main road but once you drive down into the yard, you don’t hear a thing. So peaceful. David is an excellent host. 10 stars!

Our stay was very short, we got in late and left early so we did not get to meet Dorothy, but from what I can gather she is very intentional to meet the guests and I loved that! She checked in with me about needing infant items and had them ready before I even thought about it all! It was so nice to walk into a home and not have to worry about the set up of a pack n play etc,,,, beds were comfortable and it was a cozy cottage feel yet very clean. We felt right at home!

Can’t complain! This unit was perfect for my family! We were on the island for the Sports Car Races and had a blast! The ease of renting a golf cart was also so great! The sunrises and the moon viewing is incredible.

Second time staying here and we are just so grateful for it. it's a 5-10 min drive from whatever you want to do in town! Jack and Rachel are also just so nice. it's a small place with a loft, just as pictured. we look forward to returning when the pool is open!

Absolutely loved our stay it was so cozy, quiet and peaceful! The host Brandon was very proactive and friendly he provided all the amenities we needed and some! We felt right at home in a very safe location. We definitely hope to stay here every time we are in the area!

Becky’s place was cozy and had everything we needed when my daughter had to be in Columbus for a 3 day swimming meet.

Beautiful. Very clean I dropped something by the bed. Usually that is terrifying to look under the bed. It was spotless! Love the decor. Everything is very comfortable! They are incredibly responsive. I wish I could have them as hosts everywhere.

We loved our stay at this small-town cottage! For a “studio”, it’s surprisingly spacious. The kitchen area is separated from the main area by a couple of steps and is really its own room. The sitting area felt spacious and there is a dining table, along with a desk. The cottage is only a couple blocks away from the downtown shopping area, and we were able to walk to the many antique and gift shops.

Loved it!! Lovely place and host. recommend it to anyone.

So cozy! a beautiful retreat on the farm. Spacious, clean, well-stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice little place. Although, I did not pay attention while booking… and did not realize that it was a carriage house. lol. It was suitable for my visit, and served me well. Tricky house location, but otherwise well situated once you get out in the area.

Stay with Doc! Toy barn filled with fun activities was a huge boon with our kids.

Beautiful place, nice host who lets you just do your own thing, somehow NICER IRL than in the pictures, the amenities were plentiful and marian gave us so much food, the cheesecake was to die for and the AC was top notch. 10/10 this was awesome. Rock on. Stream trappedinnarnia and Remane77 on youtube or spotify or something lol. Come to flowfest 2026!!

The Carriage House is a hidden gem and the perfect place to stop over on a long cross country trip with pets! Check in was easy and parking was right next to the entrance, though there was plenty of street parking as well. The Airbnb felt homey and was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items and the bed was actually comfortable. The area had tons of restaurant and coffee options and was super walkable. Really hoping to stay here again on the return trip and potentially stay a couple extra nights to explore the area more!

Our second time staying with Stephanie was excellent. We love the location, simple and clean interior, and very responsive host. No issues, just an easy and relaxing stay.

Could not ask for a better host. Annie and Rick provided everything I needed and several thoughtful extras I didn't know I needed. When severe weather caused a short power outage there was a message on my phone telling me where I could find candles and flashlights before I even got out of my chair! The cottage made for an ideal home base to explore the many interesting historical spots Dayton has to offer. Close enough to everything but removed enough to enjoy some quiet and a soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. Already know where I'm staying next time I visit Dayton.
