Monthly Rentals in Northumberland Strait

We had a great stay in this cozy basement apartment, one of two units in a quiet residential home. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was exceptionally clean. The host clearly put a lot of thought into the little details, like a motion-activated nightlight by the door and even an ice cream scoop in the kitchen drawer, which made the place feel very welcoming. The location was also convenient. It’s about a 20 minute easy walk to downtown, and just around the block (about 8 minutes away) there’s a Tim Hortons and several other restaurants. Overall, a clean, well-equipped place with a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely stay again!

Jennifer’s place was a wonderful home base for our Mom & Daughters trip to P.E.I. Her home is beautifully done up with wonderful views and is in an excellent location a short drive from so many beaches and great spots to eat and shop and only 20-30 min to Charlottetown. We had everything we needed and Jennifer quickly brought over an iron for us when we saw it was missing. Only thing to note is the that the road is a bit noisy but we expected it and it didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper and want to keep the windows open at night good to bring ear plugs. Bring your own cooking oil / seasoning if you plan to cook but otherwise the kitchen is fully stocked with pans / utensils. Beds and linens were comfy. Thanks so much Jennifer for a great stay!

Great place to stay for business or pleasure right down town quite beautiful modern apartment I will definitely stay again

I was looking for a cozy private place close to my friends on PEI. This was my first winter visit after 50+ years of summer trips to camp. The Island is bracingly beautiful in winter, and no mosquitos or people! This place I chose to take refuge from the cold was above and beyond what I was looking for. Will and Brian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, super accommodating, respectful of your space yet responsive if you need anything. The place is spotless, tastefully appointed and the shower is the best! I was treated to a welcome package of eggs, honey, jam, syrup, bread, butter, milk and skin care products all from the Island. If you are looking for the whole Island experience this is the place. I have new lifelong friends. And if you like dogs, you will love their dog, Daisy!
