Cabin holiday rentals in Northumberland Strait

My partner had the most incredible time at Lydia’s place. It was exactly as the pictures presented if not even better. It was peaceful, beautiful and refreshing. Lydia was very responsive and friendly. I couldn’t think of anything that would have made our stay better. Was 5/5 all the way around! Would love to return in the snowy months!! So many big and beautiful trees circled the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The surroundings were beautiful and so quiet, with one of the best views from the hot tub I’ve ever seen!! 5/5 stars :)

This cabin was the perfect setting for a couple’s getaway. Hot tub and outdoor shower were great. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. It wasn’t far to get there, but once we were we felt like we were in a whole different place. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to unwind and relax.

I couldn’t say enough good things about Joel and Janelle’s place. By far the coziest and most well appointed air B&B I’ve ever stayed at. Joel and Janelle were most accommodating. PEI was everything we hoped it would be and more. They are in an incredible location. This fit our family of 6 perfectly. It was a pleasant surprise to find a king bed instead of a queen and a foosball table was a great surprise to my kids upstairs as it wasn’t in the pictures. They’ve done a great job decorating their place (my antique loving self loved the great lamps and furniture) we dream of coming back should the Lord allow, and if not we made memories for a lifetime. Thank you Joel and Janelle!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful A-frame cabin. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and serene the setting was—surrounded by nature, it felt like a true escape. The interior was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was clearly thought out to make guests feel at home. We would return in a heartbeat!

This place was better than advertised. It is in a great location, just across the bridge, and outside of the main touristy areas. We loved the fact that it was surrounded by trees, and the space inside did not feel cramped. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised to find that on the back half of the bathroom, there is a walk-in closet area. As a little tip for future users, this area can be used for your clothing to prevent you from having to take suitcases up the stairs. Outside space is great with a deck area at the front of the A-frame, and a nice sitting area beside a fire pit just a short distance away. The fridge and range are modern and clean. Water pressure was great in the house. One of the charms of this place is the fact that there are so many windows. If you want to sleep later, bring a mask as it is nice and bright in the morning. All-in-one washer and dryer was a nice surprise, and the level two EV charger is a great bonus. We will definitely be back!!!

We had the best time at Rolf’s place! The cottage is beautiful, and the surrounding lake and forest were very peaceful. The hot tub and screened in porch were amazing, we spent most of our time there. Rolf was very responsive to messages, and an all around great host. We’ve already booked another trip back!

Very nice host, lovely cabin, very quiet location. Would recommend for relaxing weekend getaway.

A beautiful cottage. Monique and her husband were very responsive - always happy to help. A short walk to the beach - loved the area. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely little spot! Very clean, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable - from the layout to the cozy atmosphere! Well stocked kitchen, lots of linens including slippers and housecoat, games and books, even a BBQ! Big soaker tub was fabulous too. And best of all, we could bring our dogs 🐾♥️ We would definitely stay again Thank you Jeff!

We loved our stay at Paul’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and close to beaches and places to eat. He answered any questions or small issues we had promptly and was very communicative.

Nic was very welcoming and helpful. Our place was exactly how the picture represents it. We had coffee, dishsoap, towels and dishes towels and paper towels. The beds were comfortable and clean. the TV worked well as did the internet. there was beach at low tide easily accessible. All in all a wonderful experience.

Great spot, exactly what we were looking for. She is a wonderful host.

We always look for distinctive lodging when we travel and the church was so unique. Excited it was dog friendly - usually our biggest challenge! Down to earth ,comfortable and everything we needed.Quiet,great star gazing and nice trails.Our hound loved it! Lovely getting a wave from the garden on the way in and enjoyed a chat with John when we left. Very genuine nice family sharing a very special place.We' ll be back!

Very nice place! Hosts were responsive and helpful. Furnishings were good quality and there were nice extra amenities like a grill and fire pits. Space was vey clean.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 5. It was exactly as pictured and described. The cabin was comfortable, with clean sheets, comforters and blankets and towels provided. Electricity and small appliances in the cabin are a great touch. The shared bathrooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and well lit. If you are looking for a no-fuss, comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend this!

We enjoyed our stay at Troy's cottage. We didn't use the bikes and kayaks (though we planned to) but we did use the parks pass many times. Thank you for the yummy treats upon arrival. it was a wonderful central location for exploring the island. It was a quick drive to the beach to enjoy the sunset. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to do laundry.

Absolutely outstanding cottage. Very clean, peaceful, great spot right on the water. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever, everything was perfect. A great location from which to explore beautiful PEI! Highly recommended!

Lovely cottage and very well equipped and kept. Cottage has a very nice peacefully view of the river. Dara & Harold are lovely people. We were there during winter. PEI weather can be a bit challenging but they were always checking in on us. Made us feel right at home!

had the most wonderful stay at Brenda's cabin. the location is simply beautiful. amazing outdoor space. the woods and shoreline are so close. and the pool is brilliant. inside feels so homely and spacious with great amenities and finally our host Branda was welcoming and helpful. 5⭐

The cottage was clean and well furnished in a working farm. We enjoyed walking around the farm and getting close to the animals. Ruth friendly welcomed us and responded promptly to questions. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend and look forward to returning.

The cabin was great, it was very clean and just like the photos. The view is spectacular!
