Waterfront holiday rentals in Northumberland Strait

So glad we chose to stay here. It was exactly as described. Peaceful setting, beautiful view. The apartment was so spacious, big comfy sofas in lounge area, kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. Bathroom spacious and with washing machine and tumble dryer. There were bikes and other equipment if desired. Outside seating too. The hosts left a welcome gift for us and we had the use of a national parc pass too. A real home from home - we loved our stay and wish it had been for longer. Blain responded to our queries promptly- he was a pleasure to deal with.

I was looking for a cozy private place close to my friends on PEI. This was my first winter visit after 50+ years of summer trips to camp. The Island is bracingly beautiful in winter, and no mosquitos or people! This place I chose to take refuge from the cold was above and beyond what I was looking for. Will and Brian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, super accommodating, respectful of your space yet responsive if you need anything. The place is spotless, tastefully appointed and the shower is the best! I was treated to a welcome package of eggs, honey, jam, syrup, bread, butter, milk and skin care products all from the Island. If you are looking for the whole Island experience this is the place. I have new lifelong friends. And if you like dogs, you will love their dog, Daisy!

5 stars! Wonderful stay again! We stayed in the Elinor Suite this time, very spacious with both waterfront and street views. Impeccably clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Easy walking distance to everything. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staying at Clarke & Shelley’s was great! The place was very nice, tidy and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The rooms were spacious and the windows let in a lot of natural light. The place felt very private, as there is nobody else living in the house (the top floor is just for storage). Great to see the sun setting over the sea on a cloudless evening. Shelley was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

Rosa and Joe are great hosts! Joe welcomed and explained about the property when we arrived! They are so responsive and kind. If you visit PEI and wanna enjoy discovering downtown, their place is definitely listed!!!

We had a great stay, great location walking distance to everything in Alma. Place was super clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Appreciated a little later check out so we could do an early morning kayak around Hopewell Rocks and come back and shower before being our way.

Adding this to my list of Favourite Airbnbs Everrr.... What a lovely spot. So peaceful and quiet and cozy, well-supplied kitchen, super comfy bed, and looked 'so clean you could eat off the floor'. Margaret & Clive were friendly & welcoming and answered all my newbie questions about PEI. The only downside: only 2 nights were available! I hope I get to stay here again on my 'next' trip over! :)

This darling apartment was so lovely. Well thought out spaces, two generous bedrooms! Huge bathroom! It's decorated in a way that lowers your blood pressure! Haha! The water views are wonderful. Quiet location away from the hussle and bussle, but just minutes away from everything you need.

Such a comfortable stay for our family gathering! We are repeat visitors and will definitely return again. Franklin is a fantastic host.

Our host went above and beyond for our stay in PEI. From the lovely fixtures to the smore kit and fresh bread. Everything was amazing!

This place is absolutely stunning, spacious and well laid out for a group to enjoy a stay in Shediac . I appreciated the nice little extras such as razors, cotton pads and shampoos and the beds were comfortable. I thought it was kind that she checked in with me to see if there were any concerns and to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I will definitely be booking this space again

This is our favorite place to stay in Alma for our annual visit to Fundy National Park. We’ve stayed at Greg’s place 4 times now. The location is perfect (just outside the park) and within walking distance to all of the local restaurants. Greg is very responsive and the house is super clean with everything you need. We’ll be back again next year!

This rental is incredible. It's the perfect combination of old world nostalgia, modern day conveniences, charm and relaxation. The sun porch is a magical place to listen to the birds and take in the scenery. Kate is a welcoming host. Will definitely visit again!

This place took my breath away as soon as we pulled into the driveway. We fell asleep to the sounds of the waterfall outside. We watched from inside the cozy house as the Bay of Fundy overtook the beach below us during a downpour. We made pizza at midnight with ingredients we found at the Wolfville Farmer’s Market. It felt so peaceful and remote, but was still a 15min drive to great restaurants. There’s a Nordic spa literally a 5min drive down the road. Our hosts left instructions and recommendations for everything. We are so grateful to Melissa and Charles for sharing their home with us.

Spent 5 days for a siblings/partners get-together in March. The place was excellent for our needs. Lots of space for everyone, big bedrooms with comfy beds and very quiet between floors. The scenery was beautiful from with the spring thaw of the river underway. Nancy, our host, was very helpful and super responsive. We all said that we should come back in the summer or autumn to fully enjoy the property and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Paula and Douglas thought of everything with their property. Everything that you would need for a stay was there and more. House was absolutely pristine, beautiful furniture, perfect decor, wonderful views. They have made this house a fantastic home. Thank you for making our couple of days incredible. This is an absolutely beautiful accomodation and location! We were very late arriving on our first night and David was very accomadating and had the unit lit up and ready for our arrival! He was available early the next morning in case we had any questions or concerns. The property, gardens and view were absolutely beautiful and David was quick to point out fresh herbs and apple trees that we were welcome (and encouraged) to take advantage of! The unit was perfect for our family of five and matched the description and pictures perfectly! The kitchen was modern, well equipped and clean - as were the bathrooms! We appreicated the extra bedding, blankets and pillows available - and having a washer and dryer in the unit is always a nice bonus - especially when travelling for sports!

Perfect condo for us! Clean and comfy and the ocean view was wonderful! The hosts were super friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.

Great location for walking the waterfront, downtown Charlottetown, and restaurants. Tons of linens/towels provided. Host was very accommodating for early check-in and responsive throughout our stay for questions.

Beautiful views and convenient location. This was exactly what I needed for the week. The condo is very close to the highway making it easy to get around. The views were amazing and it was an amazing property. The host was very responsive and everything was great. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful location, easy access to restaurants, beaches and walking trails. Great golfing. Condo was clean and well supplied. Rotation led to great ocean views. Steve was a great communicator.

We were delighted to meet Catherine and her husband, and the view behind their home was outstanding. The apartment is like a mother-in-law, attached to their home. Very sweet. We found the bed a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was perfect.
