Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Northern New Mexico

It really was something special. The reviews really built it up and I wasn't sure it would live up to the hype but honesty, it was incredible. The location and views were spectacular; the house was set-up perfectly. We stayed there with our 2 adult children and enjoyed being at the house so much that we ended up eating all meals at home. It was comfortable, clean, well thought-out and just a really great space. The beds were super comfy, great bathroom and shower, well-equipped kitchen for simple meal prep. Sitting on the porch watching the light, the sunset, the moon, the storm that rolled in...all of it was really special. I also took a great walk along the dirt road and watched the most beautiful sunset. The only down side: leaving. I wish we had stayed for 2 more days to take advantage of all that Taos has to offer, including the house.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd time to stay here. Lovely and comfortable. Beautiful views and private. The host kindly invited us to enjoy sitting next to the river on her nearby property. So relaxing! A fantastic place to enjoy a "sister getaway" weekend. We'll be back!

We had a great time! The house was away from the bustle and noise of the city, but close enough to everything we wanted to do. It felt very safe with Ryan, Johanna, and the dogs next door, as well as the gated entry. The house was beautiful and unique.

Very nice and private Casita in a peaceful valley. Easy to fall in love with the spot. And just great hosts. I can only wish I can get back once.

My husband and I spent his 50th birthday at this cozy private and beautiful spot just outside of Taos, NM. We wanted chill, serene, nature, beauty, sunrises & sunsets with hot-tub and this place met that, but also exceeded our expectations. The whole construction of the house was built with intention and purpose. The host Melissa was there for us when we needed a couple questions answered and also provided us with spot on recommendations. We felt like we were taken care of the minute we got to our airbnb. We were able to enjoy Taos at our pace and have the most cozy and relaxing retreat like home to come home to everyday and rest and relax. The place was spotless clean and you could feel the fresh good energy there. Also perfect for any artist who likes to be creative. I felt like we found a gem and reason to continue to come back here to explore more of NM, but we want to stay here again - already planning our next trip! Thank you for such an amazing experience! I wish I could give more than five stars! This place was so easy to access, cozy and stylish! The view of the mountains was truly breathtaking and seeing cows come up to Grace’s right near the house was super sweet. The fireplace was my favorite feature for sure - it added an extra element of nature and a homey glow in the evenings. I would plan a trip all the way back out to New Mexico just to stay here again. This unit was in a great location! Walkable to most points of interest, quiet, and easy to park. Everything was clean and it was lovely to sit on the small patio out front. The host was responsive and we didn't have any issues. Bring an eye mask for sleeping, the sun peeks through the skylight.

Top notch! Enjoyed Al fresco dining on the patio with rich scenery and wildlife passing by. The spacious layout and thoughtful design were outstanding. Thank you for opening your space to Airbnb-ers!

Loved our stay here!! The house itself was SO cute and decorated beautifully with their work from their store in Madrid. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it was so peaceful. This was our second time staying in Madrid, and plan to come back yearly and will be on the lookout for this place in particular. I am also thankful for all of the more organic/clean/non-toxic options and amenities available such as stainless steel pans + utensils, Native bathroom supplies, organic spices, ceramic bowls, cups + plates and no fragrances anywhere!

Rancho Manzana is an absolute gem of a property. Truly unique to the area and meticulously maintained to be the best version of of itself. Absolutely breathtaking scenery and a gorgeous drive from Santa Fe. Inside, Jody has curated a design-forward space with individually selected beautiful and unique objects from the upholstery to the tables. The kitchen is enormous, modern, and pristine. The bedrooms are beautiful and individualized with carefully selected blankets, pillows, and accents. The soaking tub in the master bedroom is a particularly unique and pleasant addition. I strongly recommend taking a few days on top of a trip to Santa Fe or Taos to spend a few days in the little village and unwind in this special property! Jody is a wonderful host. Directions will take you right there. We had a wonderful stay and I know you will too!

I don’t think you can find a better host. Place was well stocked and easy to get in and out of once you locate it. Everything was tidy and Mike was easy to contact and quick to respond. We had a great time.

Perfect place for a serene get away. Close enough to Santa Fe and Albuquerque to take advantage of both, yet, once you get to this location the business of the surrounding area is immediately forgotten. Very comfortable accomodations.

This was our second time at Mike and Barb’s Blue Door Casita, and the experience was just as wonderful as last time, if not better (if that’s even possible!). The neighbourhood is peaceful, quiet, lovely and very well-located; the Casita is sparkling clean, spacious, private and every amenity is incredibly well thought-out. Mike and Barb themselves are just outstanding hosts — they are kind and friendly people, full of advice and local recommendations, but still giving you as much privacy as you’d need or want. Our opinion from last time hasn’t changed one bit: they go above and beyond your expectations. Best AirBnB ever, we will definitely be returning when we’re in town!

We had a fantastic stay at Alex’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but very close to the Santa Fe plaza at the same time. Alex was very responsive and his place was sparkling clean, exactly matching the photos and description in the listing.

My mother and I enjoyed staying at this private, quiet, and conveniently located condo in Pagosa Springs. Great amenities including a washer and dryer, and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The home had a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, and much more! The only drawback was that the WiFi internet was down the entire trip. Not a fault of the hosts, who were responsive and proactive as the situation was beyond their control. I would recommend considering a new internet provider if available as Zito is negatively reviewed in the area or providing access to a hotspot in case of outages.

Very cute place, just like the pictures. The area is quiet but close enough to walk to downtown Taos, though youll still probably need a car for things like grocery store and misc activities. The hosts were very responsive when I had a question. Make sure to read the “directions from host” as they clearly list how to find/get into the unit. We were provided some granola bars at check in which was a sweet and kind touch. I didn’t see shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, which was fine since I always pack my own but something to keep in mind if you don’t always travel with it. It was a lovely stay

Clean, reasonably priced, centrally located, felt safe at night. The washer + dryer in the private outdoor space was a godsend. Thoughtful amenities. Definitely worth it if you’re like us and spending a lot of time on the go during your trip!

This was honestly one of the nicest AirBnBs I have ever seen stayed at. The place is beautiful, welcoming, comfortable, and peaceful. I honestly wish we had booked another night. The wood burning fireplace was the cherry on top. Our host was very friendly and very responsive. I hope we can stay here again one day!

We had a comfortable and convenient stay. Drives are within minutes, but you can as well easily walk to the cafes right down the street. We also easily cooked meals with all the convenience of the amenities within the home.

Taryn's home made a nice retreat for us. It was very private. Although it was near a busy road, you usually were not aware of it. The home was well organized and it had everything we needed and more. The home is also near lots of attractions.
