Cottage holiday rentals in Northern New Mexico

We enjoyed the house and all that was in it. The only issue for us was the cold temperatures. The temps were too cold for the heaters in the house to keep up with, so we wore jackets most of the time in the house. (It was one of the coldest days of the year.) There was plenty of bedding and we did ok. We would love to stay in warmer weather especially maybe the spring or fall.

Perfect for my husband and I to get away and have some peace and quiet. We will visit again!

Amazing cabin! From the moment you drive up, it feels dreamy and quiet. The inside was decorated beautifully, yet still felt super homey. The hosts have done a lovely job at making this place welcoming its tiny touches of care all throughout the cabin. It was clean, cozy, and the views are incredible. Loved how open everything felt with the windows to look out at the incredible views! Will come back next time we go to Angel Fire for sure!

We loved our stay at Lewis & 4th. It was a great location and enough room for our group. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when returning to Pagosa Springs.

Saddlerock Guesthouse was a quiet, remote retreat we wish we'd had more time to relax at. Jodi is a fantastic communicator and kind person. A nice location for visiting Capulin Volcanic monument, and relaxing for a few days.

We really loved staying at the Apple Orchard Inn. The grounds are beautiful and tucked away on a lovely country road only a short drive from town. The owners are very sweet and friendly, and we really enjoyed having our breakfast outside next to the pond. We stayed in the Wolf River Cottage and loved having the hot tub all to ourselves. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Hopefully we will make it back someday!

Great communication with the host. John was awesome with the fishing reports. The cabin was perfect!!

Our stay at the Rainbow Casita was rememberable. It brought our family together. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the smell of the sage brush after the rain was amazing. We saw a rainbow on the mountains after the thunderstorm. The beds were very comfortable..... Peaceful area and lots of space for my 8 year old daughter to run and play. AND the lilacs....so sweet. I hope to come back and enjoy this little bit of heaven again. Mahalo.

This super-clean and comfortable, tiny home is extremely well-maintained and centrally located to the local attractions, retail areas, urgent cares, pharmacies, museums, cultural areas, parks, and more. Take day-trips from Santa Fe to Albuquerque, Taos, Historic Route 66, National Monuments, scenic byways, and MORE. Afterwards, return to the comforts of having an immaculate kitchen and bathroom, grill, patio, and private parking space. We will return to John’s tiny home again and use the location as a pivot point for our leisurely explorations of the immediate areas and beyond.

We had a lovely stay. Ciana was very communicative and available. The property and area around is just so beautiful. I loved the simplicity of the house, it had everything we needed (except a washing machine) and our dog was safe in the fully fenced in yard and ever so happy with the hiking trails. I would stay here againg and recommend it to others!

We totally loved staying at Roseanns Charming Cottage. It truly does make you feel a very warm welcome & decorated w/such charm. We were greeted by phone by Roseann herself & her assistant. Did I say Coffee bar?! Yes there is one!! Great washer & dryer & other appliances. So close to anywhere in the city, many things within walking distance. Old Town less than a mile away.A neighborhood supermarket as well. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. The shower was a real treat. It’s very unique & well made. I would say custom made. We felt very safe & private there. Very clean place. Our favorite airbnb by far. Roseann’s place made our stay very, very enjoyable. We’re definitely going to make this airbnb our go to when coming to Albuquerque (even if we have to book far in advance:0) )!!!!

This Airbnb was a peaceful gem in Taos, beautifully maintained, serene, and ideally located just minutes from hiking trails and town. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, even leaving out treats and bowls for our pup, which made the stay feel extra welcoming. Every detail was cared for, making it a truly special experience.

Our first stay of 2025 was amazing. Philip is the best host! The new couch in the living room was a plus this trip. We enjoy the deck with water views while grilling on the provided grill the most. We chatted with both the neighbors this trip and they were super friendly. Very relaxing and peaceful spot with deer that wander freely. Can’t wait till our next stay!

For a large family it would be great, for two seniors it’s a bit pricey. We used the bedroom & the bathroom only. But a very cozy, clean & comfortable BnB with nice amenities.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed at Casa Javelina, a short visit compared to the weeks I've stayed there earlier. Magdalena is not exactly a thriving metropolis - which is why I, a former NYer, go there to unwind. Omar's place is well stocked, quiet, and comfortable, the best Airbnb I've found, not because it's fancy but bc it's a home away from home. With 2BR, it's ideal for 1-4 people (we were 3). Shower is outstanding. I'll keep coming back as long as Omar runs the place.

Our stay at Kristie’s was just perfect. Quiet, peaceful, away from town, beautiful sunlight pouring into kitchen in the morning, and Kristie and Scott were always responsive to questions if needed. Would definitely book again! My Companion and I were in Durango for some motorcycle and mountain biking. The parking in front of the Airbnb was large enough to park my SUV and small 10 foot box trailer; which was very convenient and helpful! The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for us. Full kitchen with most of the utensils and items you might need., including dishwasher, stove, microwave, and coffee is via a Keurig machine which was easy and convenient. There is also a gas grill out back which we used a few times and it worked great. Wifi is consistent, albeit a little slow if you are used to very high speeds. I also ordered a few things off of Amazon, and Kristie generously provided the shipping address, so it was no problem getting a package delivered if needed. Recommend!!

Centrally located, quiet, easy to get to. It was immaculate, everything worked, and is updated. We walked in, and didn't have to do a thing. She left an excellent greeting letter that included places to eat. There were plenty of dishes, leftover bags etc ( not always the case). I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

This beautiful, comfortable and safe space provided the perfect place for my month long stay in Santa Fe. It had everything I needed for exploring the area and for staying connected to personal and business commitments. The kiva fireplace makes it cozy just to stay in and relax for the day. Nice patio and sitting area to view sunsets. The listing is a great description of what you will enjoy here. Chris and Marie are great communicators and very accommodating. I would recommend this casita to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

This spot is so cute and perfect for our girls’ getaway! Super easy to get to and very well styled. La Dea is a great host and we’d definitely stay here again!
