Waterfront holiday rentals in Northern New Mexico

We loved our stay at Chi Center. It's about 20 minutes outside of Santa Fe but was perfect for the peaceful weekend experience we were seeking. Everything about the property was lovely and serene, and we were close enough to Santa Fe to easily drive into town for activities and meals. It would also be a perfect place for a personal retreat where you planned to not leave the gorgeous property for the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here while in town for work and had a great experience. The location was convenient and easy to find. The space itself was clean, quiet, and perfect for getting rest after long days. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed in a fantastic little studio unit. Very close to, but just outside of town, and right on a little stream.

Robert and Linda's home was beautiful and cozy! It was easy to get to town quickly, but also still far enough away to be private and peaceful. We were lucky that Robert and Linda love Trinidad! They gave us some recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. We can't wait to come back!

The apartment was a wonderful place. It was very simple but had everything we needed and more and was super clean and tidy. There were many outlets in the apartment to plug in chargers and small appliances that were available. Kristin and her partner were so helpful and gave us a lot of information about the property. She also kindly showed us another rental on the property that we were interested in. We loved the beautiful river with lots of trees and birds. We enjoyed sitting on the little bench and at the picnic table by the river. The views are gorgeous, surrounded by mountains. It was super quiet and nice to sleep at night. If you are not used to the quiet you might want to bring a sound machine. We definitely plan to stay at this rental again and likely the Casa Grande, or bug house, rental. Thank you to our awesome hosts! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful week in the Upper Canyon area of Santa Fe hiking and bird watching. Lovely home in a serene setting with every possible amenity one could think of....would highly recommend this rental!

Property, house and amenities were excellent! We needed a quick getaway and this is one of the best Airbnb locations we've stayed at that's close to home. Timmie was very responsive. We had a great time. Very peaceful and private.

Unfortunately spent only one night at Chad and Misty‘s place. We didn’t miss anything and would have liked to stay longer to explore more of the area/mountains close by. Communication and check in was very friendly and convenient. We appreciated the option to quickly do our laundry and everything was very clean. Would certainly recommend.

Awesome place to stay. The home was as beautiful as the pictures showed, had everything we needed and more, nice outdoor area, and all we could have asked for. Internet was great, but no cell phone service. It was summer when we were there and a bit hot during the day, but cooled off a bit at night. The host was very responsive to the question we had. All in all it was a very nice place on a long country gravel road. I would recommend this place to someone that needed a place to stay near Pagosa Springs CO.

beautiful spot! lots of great hiking nearby. nice property for strolling, watching nature and sunsets. the house is large, was a great layout for two couples. nice kitchen, we did a lot of cooking and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings.

Nice house. Just a short walk to the Pecos river. Tom has a nice deck/grill set up by the river. The house is lovely and has a great sun room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful rural property with a private trail into the canyon below. The yurt style building has double height ceilings and tall living room windows facing Cerro Pedernal, and a bedroom with a balcony facing the sunrise. Will definitely return!

This casita is a Great place with plenty of room for everyone. Porch area is very relaxing. The house was so comfortable and clean and had everything we needed from paper towels to hand soap to all the dishes and appliances needed! Pauline our host was very friendly, responsive, and made our stay feel personalized. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My mother and I enjoyed staying at this private, quiet, and conveniently located condo in Pagosa Springs. Great amenities including a washer and dryer, and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The home had a well-equipped kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, and much more! The only drawback was that the WiFi internet was down the entire trip. Not a fault of the hosts, who were responsive and proactive as the situation was beyond their control. I would recommend considering a new internet provider if available as Zito is negatively reviewed in the area or providing access to a hotspot in case of outages.

We really enjoyed our stay, the Airbnb was very cozy and we would absolutely recommend staying there. Check in and check our instructions were crystal clear. Moments away from Taos Ski Valley too!

We thought this little condo was perfect for our quick trip to Taos. We loved the surroundings. It was quiet and peaceful.

Great spot in the ski valley. Condo has everything you need and conveniently located right on the Rio Hondo. Mallory was always ready to help out. Highly recommend!

We loved the place, closed to everything waltmart 5 min away.. the river was a few steps from our room window… just beautiful we definitely will be coming back!
