Great place within walking distance to a couple restaurants and a grocery store. Also a short walk to the local airstrip!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We stayed here at Zoe’s place after our wedding. It was the most perfect little place to stay just my husband and I. We loved having a quiet little space to return to after hanging out with family and friends all week. Having the nice little touches like coffee from a local shop, laundry detergent, and bathroom items already there made it even extra special. Zoe definitely knows how to make a guest experience wonderful! If we ever need a little space for just us two we will return again!!

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, it had everything that we needed, it’s walking distance to nice places to eat and drink, that are right on the water and it has a pool!!!

We stayed in this little piece of paradise while visiting family. It was exactly what we needed. The home was beautiful and farm was so peaceful. We will definitely use this home again for further visits.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures do not do it enough justice. Once inside, the home felt much larger than anticipated and had a warm and cozy feel to it. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and I can’t recommend a stay here enough.

What a delightful experience! The house was as advertised and more. Kate provided many thoughtful touches (easy entertainment navigating, extra kitchen and food treats, fully stocked kitchen and cooking aids, games, beach supplies), which were wonderful surprises. She operates a pet friendly house, with pet supplies too. The location is marvelous, and the Surf City beaches are wonderful. She truly is a five star hostess, and this lovely home is perfect for a family/pet holiday.

Absolutely perfect. We stayed for the week with our five kids (6,4,3, & 1 year old twins) and had an amazing family vacation. The space worked perfectly for our needs as a large family with small kids and the beach area was especially perfect for toddler playtime. The waterfall across the way was stunning and we loved boating around, fishing, swimming, fires by the lake, and rainy evenings in the hot tub. Such an amazing place for families!

We had a great time staying in this cozy cottage. Mike was very responsive and helpful with the questions we had. This is our second time staying in this duplex. Both sides are equally as great! The small fenced in yard for the dogs and being able to sit on the porch where you can hear and see the ocean is so peaceful. Would stay again!

We had the most amazing stay. Beautiful house on a private beach. Time we stayed there weren’t a lot of people at all. So peaceful! Straight walk onto the private beach. Probably one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever seen or rented by far. Our pup had a blast too. We were sad to leave and wished to have stayed longer than a week. Great please great stay. April was quick to respond to all my questions. Hope to stay here again!

Great, quiet place right at the bay. Very clean, free of clutter, well stocked for a family stay, all the essentials were available. Mari offered and did a great job with a free yoga class. Overall, you will like it if you want a private space somewhere in between OBX and Virginia Beach.

An incredibly peaceful stay steps from the lake! The house is lovely, lots of windows for lake viewing, and great decor. Well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed trips to the state park, the Depot Museum and Dale's for good seafood.

This was our second family vacation to this rental and we were not disappointed. we watched the dolphins while drinking coffee off the balcony. walked down to the beach every day and enjoyed the convenience of having everything just steps away. Christine has chairs and beach toys available for you to use so it's perfect if you're flying in. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront Airbnb in North Topsail Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the private deck as the sun rose over the water felt like a dream. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy coastal vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living space was ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. We have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience! Anne is very responsive and always friendly. The place is well equipped and comfortably accommodates our family of five. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Very relaxing. High tide is right up to the sandbags so you can access the beach until later in the morning which was fine for us. After that the beach is open all day. Highly recommend this place. We will be back.

I had an awesome stay at Christy’s place in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Christy was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. You can tell she really cares about her guests. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
