David and Kris were terrific hosts! They went out of their way to keep us informed of fun events happening around the island, which we greatly appreciated as it was our first time to BHI. The unit is just as pictured and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is expertly organized and has full array of cookware. The location is central on the island, making it a quick ride to the market, beach, club, etc. The surrounding live oaks and foliage are beautiful. I would definitely recommend! We will be back.

We have visited Robs place several times and we enjoy staying there..It is clean and out the back door, you are at the beach..Close to restaurants..Rob is a great host..We will be making reservations again soon..We definitely recommend staying there..

We had a great stay at Ralf's. The place is very spacious, and well equipped with linens and kitchen equipment. Parking is convenient right in front of the door. The beach is across the main road, but there is a traffic light with a pedestrian crossing. So, you can easily walk to the beach. Ralf's suggestions for restaurants in the wider area were great.

Apex is a super cute town and the home is just a few easy walking blocks to the historic street filled with good restaurants and shops. Comfy bed!

Had a great time Place was great

This was a great place to stay for my family with two littles. The space was comfortable and spacious. We made use of the living room for cozy tv time and outdoor space for nighttime firepit and grilling. It was a perfect location with walkable restaurants and beach but also just far enough that we could also drive. The neighborhood was nice for evening walks too. Jake was very responsive too when the propane tank needed a refill so we could use the firepit!

Laura did a great job of communicating and provided lots of good information on the neighborhood. The house was very well located in downtown Wilmington and was within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. It is pretty spacious and has a good living area for hosting a number of guests.

The place was as described on the listing. On the beach, ocean view from each floors, easy access to beach and pool, family friendly, and well stocked. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely be booking again next year.

The peaceful perch was exactly as described! Very cozy with thoughtful little aspects throughout the space, very kid friendly and perfect for a family with little kids! We loved the ice cream and coloring books. The outdoor shower made the sandy return much easier and the weather board outside was adorable to see each day! The walk to the beach was so easy with the wagon and about 10 mins with little feets in tow. Thank you Cathy and Bob for letting us spend our annual beach weekend at your love place. We appreciated it so much!

This unit was the most accommodating place we have stayed at yet. Life with a toddler can be hectic but Kathy had everything we could have needed, from toddler dishes to spices and oils, her place was equipped! I sat on the deck daily especially when it was raining. The downstairs den- play room was a great oasis for my 12 year old. As I have family in the area, we will definitely be back to visit here again. Ps. The coffee bar and selection was fantastic!

My group of 8 felt right at home at Alyssa’s property, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We felt right at home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s STUNNING! Everything was so well thought out in the kitchen , and the golf cart was such a fun way to get around town. Alyssa was very responsive with anything we could need. This was my second time staying in Topsail and can’t wait to go back :)

We had a great time at this beach house. We were blown away by the amazing ocean view The house was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked and just steps from the beach. And also just a short walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was clean and had great views of the ocean as well Karen was very responsive friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back in the future

Absolutely Loved Our Stay! If this place is available, don’t hesitate—book it and save yourself some time searching! The home was just as beautiful as the pictures, if not better. It was well-stocked with seasonings, condiments, and everything we needed for cooking. The welcome booklet was a thoughtful touch, filled with helpful information about the house and local area. The rooms were spacious with large, comfortable beds, and there was even a foot massager—a perfect treat after a long day. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Amalia was a great host—very communicative, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location between golf course on one side and a lake on the other side. Both golf courses are in good shape and we enjoyed two peaceful nights at Chris's place.

Great beach stay! We stayed for three nights with two small children. Appreciated the thoughtful touches — adding an infant gate at the top of the stairs, having a clean/new pack and play, and welcome snacks. Unit: Very nice and newer unit! Looks as described and shown in listing photos. Location: Short, less than five minute walk to public beach access. The beach was never crowded, compared to other areas closer to hotels and larger public parking lots. Hosts: Always super responsive and friendly!

Everyone reads these reviews to make decisions on where to stay for vacation…if you’re reading this one, stop and book it. You’re not going to find a better Airbnb! The host was responsive to my questions and responded quickly. Location is perfect; the beach is a short walk across the street. Pool was fantastic! The house was gorgeous, and had every amenity possible. We’re talking batteries, flashlights, fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices and baking supplies. Access to several bath towels, beach towels, bikes, rafts…it saved us from packing several items! Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. It was bright, sunny…and you have 2 balconies to choose from to drink your morning coffee!

What a perfect location for families!! Andy's place is perfect for families with children of all ages. It was close enough that we felt comfortable letting our teens explore the beach on their own and easy for me to take our toddler back to the house for a nap. The upstairs loft was spacious and had beds for everyone. They had lots of thoughful details including a "in case you forgot" bin in each bathroom. The outdoor space is adorable and great to visit and enjoy the salty air. My husbands favorite spot was the well stocked outdoor shower. So, whether you are traveling with young or older kiddos, this place is perfect!!

Such a lovely place, with the most thoughtful Airbnb host that I’ve had in 10 years! Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay and it was so appreciated. We stayed for a family graduation weekend and enjoyed it immensely. The screened porch was so nice in the mornings with coffee listening to the birds, and fire pit at night was great to spend some time together.

The size was perfect for the six of us. It was so nice to have several area with a great view to relax and enjoy each others company. With it being graduation weekend, the cities near buy were busy so we enjoyed multiple meals at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Overall five out of five. We would all return.

We had a great time at Brian’s place! It was great to have a pool option and be so close to the beach. Also having toys, wagon, chairs and a sun ninja were key to our ability to stay out in the beach longer. The inlet view from the balcony was very peaceful. Thanks for having us!
