Isabelle and Alain are the most wonderful, warm-hearted hosts you could wish for—so lovely and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and incredibly welcomed. Their home in the beautiful Normandy region is a true gem. The space is filled with charm, comfort, and everything you could possibly need (and more!). From the soft cushions to the perfectly equipped kitchen and the peaceful backyard, every detail is cared for with love and intention. Normandy itself is breathtaking—a region full of history, natural beauty, and a calm that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. I found myself wishing I could spend every quiet Saturday morning there, just soaking in the peace. I super highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a magical getaway. We had a few nice days in La Chaumière aux Animaux. It is a quiet, rural place with a lot of charm, but not entirely remote. You have the supermarket nearby. The animals on the grounds - goats, sheep, cats, cows - give the stay an extra cozy touch, especially if you love the outdoors. Ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle. The cottage itself is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and communication with the host was smooth and friendly. A small side note: the stairs up are quite steep and the steps are narrow. For us, that was doable, but it is something to take into account if you are traveling with young children or are less mobile, for example. All in all, we had a great time.

Incredible, we had a great weekend. The apartment is 100 times better in real life than in the photos. Melissa and Julien are adorable, super responsive, incredible. I will not hesitate to come back and I can't wait to see you very soon. 💯💯🥰

We had an exceptional stay, the apartment was impeccable, the residence secure and close to the beach and restaurants; Olivier was very attentive and recommended activities in Villers that we really enjoyed. I recommend it without hesitating!
