Waterfront holiday rentals in Normandy

The location is unique and the view is beautiful. From the dining table, sofa, terrace and a bedroom you can look out over the sea. Very good beds. The apartment is cozy. It is very quiet and you still have the beach promenade right by the house. The kitchen could have been a little cleaner...the kitchen sponges etc. were already very used.. we had our own, so it was not so bad. There were also spices, oil, coffee, etc. from previous tenants. The house, which you live in alone, is magnificent and has a lot of charm. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

If this place is available, don't hesitate! Everything is perfect! It is not only functional but also tastefully furnished and offers breathtaking views. It is located a few minutes from the beach and the city center. As for our hosts, in addition to being pleasant, they are available like Delphine. We had a great time. Thank you. We'll be back with pleasure.

Philippe is a great host, who is very responsive and very flexible. The apartment is great, right on the seafront and very easy to access with all necessary things provided!

Everything was perfect and perfectly organized by Florence. Thank you for that :-) The communication was completely unproblematic. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. I have not found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I couldn't park in the residence parking lot. I understood that a private parking space is available. Thank you for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the wonderful terrace :-)

THE BEST housing we have made ☺️ We had a great stay in this very clean, well-appointed and perfectly functional accommodation. There was absolutely everything you needed and even more, to feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the apartment, directly overlooking the port, is superb. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, with many restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Le Flot Bleu, an excellent place to discover. The neighborhood is nice, everything can be done on foot, and parking is easy nearby, which is really convenient. Sandrine was very responsive, available and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this listing without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

Everything went perfectly, the accommodation was clean

We spent 3 days with our two children in Chantal's accommodation and everything was there: A warm welcome, an environment worthy of the most beautiful postcards and what to say about the accommodation: straight out of a magazine, we felt at home and the jacuzzi delighted both the young and old. Bedding to relieve any back pain and a real haven of peace surrounding. Thanks again for everything Chantal, we had a hard time leaving and hope to be able to come back 😊 Don't change anything...everything is perfect! Karine, Luis, Alice and Rafael

We had a very good night at this charming village house close to the sea. Everything was as described and we were even able to meet Xavier at the nearby pool (covered and heated).

Super accommodation ... beautiful house ... great layout ... with the kitchen/diner and sitting room in one big room on the middle floor the Estuary views whilst eating or relaxing are quite wonderful !

We were pleasantly surprised by the little community there and especially the restaurant when we arrived rather late. Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely rebook.

I highly recommend this property - it is spacious, really well located, very private and peaceful and had all the home comforts you might need. It is perfectly situated to explore the Normandy coast and Port en Bessin is lovely. The property is situated in a very quiet area that is easily walkable to the bars and port, but away from the business. It has a patio at the front and back so if you like sun (or shade) you can get it all day. The sunsets were amazing when we were there. Really enjoyed our stay - I did a lot of research and looked at many places along the coast. This was perfect. Many thanks for the lovely welcome pack too! ❤️

What a beautiful house with a stunning view over the river. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The large balcony was a highlight, we spent evenings here watching the boats go past. A lovely period farmhouse in a quaint village. Would love to visit again.

The most stunning and fairy tale looking house that I have ever seen, it’s surrounded by nature, the beach is super near. The owner of the property was very kind. The only thing that I would advise is to come with a car if the plan is to move around and visit towns. It’s super difficult and expensive to get Ubers or taxis. Overall this was a beautiful experience and we would’ve loved to stay longer.

A house literally on the beach!! The accommodation is exceptional, perfectly equipped ,ideally located, you can do anything on foot , moreover Bertrand is very friendly and responsive, I highly recommend 🥰😍👌🏻👍🏻

Excellent stay at Dominique's. The apartment is as described. The furniture, bedding and accessories are of very good quality. The decoration is very good, and the mirrors arranged opposite each other in the living room give a very nice effect which considerably enlarges the space. Bravo Dominique!

Pleasant stay at Karin's. Close to the city center and the sea. Nearby shops and a beautiful walk along the coast.

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

Very nice apartment, perfectly decorated and comfortable. The spa bath and sauna are very enjoyable after a day of walking to discover the region. The place was nice when we arrived. The owner is very available when needed. Thanks for the thoughtful attention The only small downside: the building itself is not very glamorous, but the neighborhood is quiet, and access and parking are easy. We were delighted with our stay. So if the apartment meets your criteria, don't hesitate!

The apartment is almost even nicer than in the photos. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the view simply unbeatable. The place also has everything you need with numerous restaurants, bars and a bakery, all within walking distance.
