The house offered by Jules was incredible with a magnificent view a few kilometers from the beach… everything was perfect until the story of the place and the surroundings that his dad tells so well.

We had an absolutely unforgettable family stay, bringing together four generations, in this true haven of peace nestled in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. Upon our arrival, we were seduced by the charm of this half-timbered house, full of character, surrounded by a magnificent wooded park. The house is decorated with great taste, mixing authenticity and comfort. The materials are of high quality, everything is thought out in the smallest details so that you feel good. The living room with its fireplace is a real cocoon, and even the dining room has a stove that brings a warm and friendly atmosphere. The amenities are exceptional: a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi, board games, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, outdoor games... Young and old alike will find what they are looking for. There is absolutely everything to fully enjoy without having to leave the property. We leave with our hearts filled with beautiful memories. A huge thank you. We'll be back!

It was a dream weekend for us in this fabulous house surrounded by friends. We will remember the soul and beauty of the place for a long time. We enjoyed a neat decoration, a warm and functional kitchen. Nicolas makes it easy for us to access with flexibility in the arrival and departure times. We loved it!

Fantastic house for 10 people… beds were super comfortable and lovely bedding. All ensuite bathrooms were perfect. Great location just outside HONFLEUR and Deauville where there are a great assortment of restaurants. Went down to the beach to watch the sunset nightly, what a peaceful spot. Thanks for the memories, would revisit in a heartbeat

We went here for an extended family break with small kids. It was perfect! The garden was big with beautiful cherry trees that tasted absolutely delicious! There was so much space for the children to run around and a beautiful terrace so sit out on in the evenings. The house was perfect and kitted out for all we needed. There aren’t many amenities around so you have to drive to the shops but that was fine. The walk to the beach was lovely and only 1km away, the children loved playing there. Louise was very helpful and very responsive, the place was very clean and not cluttered. A very stylish house! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you!

Very nice villa, very well maintained and furnished. The accommodation has the space and equipment (furniture, dishes, dishes etc.) to accommodate the 10 adults that we were in very good conditions. Easy and quick access to the beach a few hundred meters away and to the main shops. Beyond the bakery, plan to use the car, the supermarket is 1 or 2 km away. Sophie is very available and welcoming. We had a very good stay and recommend this beautiful villa.

Ben and Georgie have an amazing place in a great location! I would love to tell you all that we hated it in the hopes to gatekeep it for ourselves, however that would be unfair to Ben and Georgie who were absolutely fantastic hosts. The barn has been brilliantly converted, with four great bedrooms and everything you’d need to enjoy and relax. The outdoor space was the highlight for us. Definitely worth going for the spa facilities, the jacuzzi was great and the sauna was far better than we expected. Thanks again to Ben and Georgie! We’ll definitely be visiting again!

The lady met with us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful from the start. Gave a guided tour of the apartment. Lots of helpful stuff in the kitchen that we had forgotten, but are necessary. Having its own garage is a massive bonus when staying in a city centre. I would really recommend this place. Peter

Even more beautiful than the photos! We loved having the sheep nearby and exploring the lovely local towns. The cottage offers such a cozy and warm atmosphere with beautiful decor.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The garden and pool is really special and the house feels clean, modern and stylish. It’s really well stocked with plenty of essentials and extras. Stephane, Anais and Aurore were very responsive throughout and were flexible when our departure was a little delayed due to travelling with a newborn. We barely left the pool but the area has lots of great villages to explore. The local village vending machine with baguettes and croissants is great fun. Will definitely come back!

A wonderful place to stay in rural Normandy. Jean-Francois is an excellent, friendly & helpful host. La Baronnie offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway, with excellent outdoor space to complement the cosy lounge and kitchen/diner. Gouvets is a lovely quiet village with nice walks, and well located for the major sights and attractions of Normandy

We loved staying at Sophie’s place. It was peaceful and we loved the heated pool. The area around Honfleur and the town itself is wonderful with many bars and restaurants with plenty of things to do

We had a great time with friends. The house is really pretty. Cécile gave us all the info and was available for any questions. Quiet and peaceful estate. The best part is definitely the pool.

3-night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well-equipped, modern, connected and very well-decorated. We loved the movie theater, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! A teleworking space that has been useful to us. Responsive and very accommodating concierge for the departure. No complaints, great stay! Thank you

Stunning villa and has everything you need. The space is even nicer in person and hosts were very nice and flexible. Bring your own coffee and coffee filters though and towels :)

We had a lovely stay here for a week, multi generational family celebration for a 70th birthday and the house suited everyone. Prior to arrival we had requested the pool be open, unfortunately on arrival we were told we could not use it as there was an issue with a filter. We wrote to the host and he confirmed we could indeed use the pool. It was cold as expected but could have been cleaner it was the only slight disappointment of the property. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and Bertrand spoke excellent English, which was kind and showed us around some of the other parts of the Chateau too which was very interesting. Bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely, sitting room is a good size too. All in all a good week was had, Merci beaucoup!
