I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Corinne's place was just great! Great location, very close to the promenade, and the small balcony with evening sun was a real highlight. The communication was quick, warm, and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and will be very happy to come back. Thank you, Corinne!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

Nathalie’s place is in a wonderful location with easy access to shops, markets and theSea. The elevator was perfect for getting the luggage to and from the apartment, but the stairs are also wide and not too steep. The living area is huge with 3 couches, lots of windows for air flow. We loved relaxing in the big room. The kitchen is nice for prepping food from the market, utI wouldn’t want to cook a full meal. Also, the counters are much higher than I was used to but manageable. The beds were comfortable. We loved how much light was in the space! Even on an overcast day, you had a ton of natural light. I would stay here again.

Although getting in/out is a bit tricky, the place was gorgeous with beautiful views of the city

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

Absolutely stunning spot! The views were even more beautiful than the photos, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The host was responsive and welcoming, and everything was clean and cozy. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

This is the second time I've booked Frédéric's accommodation, which is to say that it's worth it!

First of all, if you have never been to Antibes - go! If you are in Antibes stay and Sebastien and Chloe’s place! This was exactly the place I wanted and needed when I planned my trip. The views!! The peace and calm of sitting on your balcony and looking over the water, the sunsets, the sunrises, all of it truly spectacular. Both Chloe and Sebastian were wonderful. Chloe met me personally to check me in, and when there was a minor hiccup (not due to anything on their part), they jumped into action, communicated throughout and had everything good as new within a few hours. There is nothing more for me to say, but go to Antibes and stay at this place! Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Willy was a great host and the location was super walkable—close to everything we wanted to do. The 16-minute walk to the train station with luggage was a bit much but doable. Id rec ubering to airport. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and we appreciated being able to check in early. The layout was unique: the toilet was downstairs and the shower upstairs, which actually worked well for our group since there were two mirrors for getting ready. The spiral staircase was a bit scary at first, but we got used to it—though it may be tough for those with mobility issues. It was great to have a washing machine in the unit too. The only downside was that we only had one key, which made it hard for our group of three when we weren’t together. You needed the key to lock/unlock the door from both sides, which wasn’t ideal for safety or convenience. In an emergency, it would be difficult to get out or secure the place. Overall though, it was a great stay and I’d return! Thank you!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick’s apartment. It was a perfect location, close to the promenade and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!
