Great location, amazing host.. fast response to calls . Cozy ! Very close to the beach , peaceful surroundings!

This place was absolutely perfect for a family reunion. Lots of rooms to be together and relax, but also lots of space to be alone if so desired. Michael could not have been kinder or more attentive. We can't wait to rent it again!

We had a great stay at Debbie and Leon’s! We came for a bachelorette trip and the house was perfect - great number of bedrooms and bathrooms and enough living space for everyone to hang out and eat together. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you could need, which was a nice touch. The location of the house is perfect (walkable to the beach and a quick drive to downtown Newport). Communication with the hosts was great. The power went out one day due to a wind storm and I received a call from Debbie within 5 minutes letting me know she is already in contact with the utility company. Highly recommended this home - would stay here again!

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

Loved our stay, townhouse was exactly what we expected. Everything neat and clean. Brought our bikes with us so we didn’t have to deal with parking in Narragansett, 2 min bike ride to restaurants/beach. Loved the outdoor shower. Already booked another stay.

This is a wonderful place. The beach access can’t be beat and the area is quintessential New England Farm Coast - just beautiful. Nancy and her family are wonderful hosts for whatever is needed yet there is privacy if that is what is sought. The home has great outdoor space including a covered porch and all the amenities needed inside. The wifi and gas fireplace were really a bonus! I hope to come back!

My friends and I rented Dk’s Airbnb to attend a wedding in Narragansett. She graciously accommodated our early check in time as we had a function that day. The condo was very clean and decorated with modern amenities and without clutter. The beds were super comfy. As she stated it’s small but beautiful and she was right. The location is perfect. So close to restaurants and a quick walk to the sea wall. We walked for coffee and smoothies each morning followed by a walk along the sea wall to the beach. A great way to start the day. An amazing accommodation in a prime location. Loved the ability to link up two apartment units! We travelled as a group with a few small children, and it was perfect spot to put the kids to bed in the farther rooms and not disturb them with any noise on the lower level. For 4 adults and 3 kids, it was absolutely perfect! Also just have to put it out there that Mustafa is incredibly kind. He called me to walk me through where to find a spare key as our group had some miscommunication of who had the key (spoiler: none of us did). He truly was so so wonderful and would definitely stay here or another spot with him again! PS thanks for the coffee!

My husband and I stayed in Scott’s place for a couple of days for a wedding with our dogs. We loved being walking distance to all the restaurants. The train is noticeable and did run quite often during the day but it really didn’t bother us. The private fenced yard was nice for the dogs as well.

This place is in the best possible location if you want to do Thames in Newport! Literally could not be better. The free parking is also a great perk, and the balcony at nighttime was just perfect. Would definitely stay again. Note that the walls are a bit thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs.

I stayed for approximately 6 months and it was quiet, peaceful and clean. Had no issues, and I rarely seen anybody due to me working overnight. If I ever went back to RI, I'd definitely Rent a room with Poli and Martha again.

Check-in was a breeze, and from the moment we walked in, the place exceeded all our expectations. It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and exactly as described—every listed amenity was available and in great condition. My group of friends and I had such a relaxing and comfortable stay. Each bedroom was generously sized and super cozy. This stay truly made our trip extra special. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious home in a peaceful neighborhood. Great location that was convenient to Providence College, Federal Hill, and downtown area. Host was very considerate offering a early check-in and accommodating a late check-out when we had something unexpected occur. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Providence.

Very quaint and quiet spot to stay in Newport. Tucked away on a peaceful street, 10-15 min walk to Breakers and Cliff walk, super close to town. Lovely space, nicely furnished with all the amenities and Francie was wonderful. She was super communicative and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jazmine's place, it is close to the highway and not directly in downtown Providence, so you are close to everything but not close enough to have to worry about a lot of traffic, plus the place is on a dead end street so you do not have to worry about traffic noise at all. After our long days exploring Rhode Island, we very much appreciated the outside area this Airbnb provided to wide down while enjoying the weather and the company and the deck also made a great breakfast spot too! When you were done relaxing outside, it was also a special bonus to be able to turn on a projector and watch a movie!! Jazmine is also very responsive to questions has some helpful information about the area in the Airbnb. Do yourself a favor and book this Airbnb, you will certainly not have any regrets :-)

Mushfique is a friendly, responsive host. Our stay was pleasant. There's a great bakery very nearby. The place is almost two apartments for one. The upstairs, which is larger, has it's own entrance with its own lock, as does the first floor. A bit of an odd configuration, but possibly very useful and not really a problem.

Gale was responsive and provided all instructions in a timely manner. The home was clean and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Wonderful place. One of the first Airbnb's I've stayed in that is better in person than the photos. Truly a delightful home and kid-friendly! Carpets and fireplace made the place extra cozy.

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo. Lindsay was a wonderful host. Responsive and helpful in every way. I can't think of one thing that we needed that wasn't supplied, right down to a measuring spoon for our morning coffee. It has beautiful views and is just steps away from the ocean. It rained a lot on this trip and we felt right at home to just stay in and relax. We love it here and we will be back.

We recently stayed at Ann's lovely townhouse while attending the Newport Jazz Festival, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was wonderfully peaceful, ensuring we had restful nights. Ann thoughtfully provided plenty of towels and a generous array of self-care items including toilet paper, soap, hair products, and face wipes, which was greatly appreciated. Ann is an absolutely adorable host. She went above and beyond by leaving coffee, cold water, and soda for us, and in the morning, she surprised us with freshly baked blueberry cookies that were to die for! Her attention to detail in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment was evident in every aspect of our stay. We were also grateful for the late check-out option she offered, which allowed us to enjoy a leisurely brunch in such a beautiful place. We absolutely plan to repeat our stay here in the future. Highly recommend!
