Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Newport

A bit of a walk from Brown, however close enough for us. It was a nice place—really pretty and cosy. It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful too—definitely recommended!

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

George’s place was nice for getting some work done and was in walking distance of both the training sessions I had to attend this week, and a variety of dining options. Kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment if you want a quiet spot that right in the middle of things.

The apartment is larger than it looked in the photos. Check in/out were pretty seamless. Fit our family easily, great time. We managed to park our Toyota Sienna in the back parking.. a little tight but it's definitely possible. Thanks!

Check in was super smooth. Tracy has taken great length to decorate her place. Every corner has a unique decor. Kitchen was well stocked up. Place is walkable to Brown and surroundings. Public transportation is available right outside. Place was super clean and Tracy was always responsive. Gave me the comfort I needed after long days of sight seeing. Will recommend to friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at this loft! The bed was incredibly comfortable.The entire apartment was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made it feel even more relaxing and welcoming.

The home was clean and comfortable. Loved the deck and patio. Just wish it was warmer went in November. Great drive along the ocean. Only 5 minutes from Newport. Jamestown has lost to offer. If you like to hike there is Fort Wetherhill to look over the water. Would definitely recommend you stay.

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

The house is great- very nice size and quality. Very close to the water and a bunch of restaurants. The area feels really safe and was quiet as well. Eileen was very nice & responsive to our questions re: Fan and Wifi, etc. Would stay again!

We loved our stay! It was in the perfect spot we needed it to be. It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in/out. Tim was responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this air bnb. It was a beautiful home!

The host was very kind and responsive during our stay. They were upfront that they were having issues with the elevator and refunded a portion of the cost of our stay. The location is beautiful and is ~5 min walk from the beach. I would recommend this place for a large group - plenty of space and looks just like the photos! Things to note: - It is about a 30 minute drive from Newport. Great location. - There is no shampoo or body soap, so would recommend to bring your own. - The host is very responsive and kind!

This property was in a perfect location for our family to celebrate a graduation. Plenty of space and it felt like home. Peter and Leslie were great hosts.

This house is very charming and spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bedroom layouts. Westport and the Acoaxet neighborhood are so charming and make for a pleasant vacation with lots of beach and nature preserves surrounding. Anyway, I highly recommend this stay.

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Island Breeze was a dream come true. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was just as beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even my nine-year-old grandson gave it a top rating! We will definitely return to Island Breeze as we visit our family in Rhode Island.
