Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Newport

We had a great stay at David's for a long weekend. The location is ideal if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown, but still access it easily. The apartment had everything we needed, plus some nice perks (snacks and drinks). David was very responsive. Highly recommend.

a Quick stay in Providence for my family of 5. the place was plenty big enough with 3 bedrooms! TV's in the bedrooms made it easy for the teenagers to get away. Door Dash was a wonderful option for us since it was nice to just relax after the busy day! overall, this place was great and would definitely recommend!

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Shirley’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was a cute apartment over the garage that provided us with comfortable accommodation while we were in the area for a sporting event. No complaints.

The space is fairly basic, but it was clean and comfortable and everything as described! The location was great, walkable to most everything we wanted to do, and having a designated off street parking spot was SO helpful. It was easy to find and get to. Exactly what we were looking for!

Richard’s place was perfect for a work trip to the area. I stayed with my dog and the location, big partially fenced in yard, and quiet peaceful atmosphere was perfect for us. Located in a quaint New England neighborhood on the water. Small beach nearby, a park, bike path and local restaurants. Modest accommodations but we were very comfortable during our short stay and we enjoyed the privacy. Richard also kindly accommodated late check out so I could finish work, which I greatly appreciated. Would stay again in the future!!!

Very clean and convenient with all the amenities we needed. Rebecca provides clear and timely communication without being obtrusive. The surrounding area is next to the ocean and a peaceful place to walk. Definitely take Rebecca's recommendation of Dante's Kitchen for breakfast.

Had a great time staying here. House was clean and looked like the pictures. Great location. We had a small issue with the hot water but the hosts were great and got back to us immediately and helped us to get it fixed. Would stay here again!

Very nice stay for our family! We were very comfortable here. The backyard is its own little oasis and the hot tub was so nice! Great hosts with little touches throughout the house - snacks and drinks on arrival, tissue boxes on each end table, plenty of towels, local recommendations, and more. The place was great for us. We came as a family of 5 with our 3 boys' girlfriends. We all had such a nice time. The rooms were perfect. The backyard was a treat. Loved the firepit and the grill. We had such great family time. Thanks!

We loved staying in Ashley's home in beautiful Narragansett! The house was well appointed and accommodated our family perfectly during our 3 night stay to celebrate our son's URI graduation. The house is easy to find on the street, has a 2 car driveway, is walking distance to great restaurants and the ocean! The property is much larger than expected and completely fenced in which was perfect for our senior dog. He loved running around on the very large grass area. There is a fire pit and fun outdoor shower with hot/cold water. The bedrooms were well lighted, clean and comfortable with cotton linens, comfortable pillows and a nice assortment of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shaving kit, lotion) The street was quiet at night. Most notable is the amount of towels provided in the bathroom! Both living rooms had large sectional couches and TVs. The decor is coastal and not cluttered. HVAC worked great. The kitchen was well appointed. We would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at Joshua and Amanda’s home and we loved it so much. The house is perfect for our whole family to gather and great with two toddlers. The property is private and peaceful, the kitchen is great for cooking big family dinners, and the beds are comfy! We love exploring Little Compton and Tiverton — the house is convenient to the Art Café, park, tennis courts, playground, and trails. It’s a quick ride to the beach and Four Corners. Great for a family or anyone looking for a serene retreat. We’ll be back!

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and felt very homey—perfect for family time. The photos don’t do it justice, and for that, I would give 4 stars. However, the experience with the hosts left a lot to be desired. I originally booked May 22–25, but on May 21, the property manager told me checkout was May 26 at 11 a.m. Based on that, we planned accordingly. Then, the day before the 26th, they questioned why we were still there and claimed we should have known it was a mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us and demanded immediate payment or departure, leaving no room for discussion. I ended up paying for the extra day to avoid conflict, but it felt like a setup. It’s unfortunate, as the stay could have been perfect otherwise. 4 Stars for the house, 1 star for the hosts.

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!
