Monthly Rentals in New Ulm

Lots of thoughtful additions such as spices, starter pantry items, and paper towels available. Power and a tabletop space next to the beds. A very cool modular kitchen table that could be all one, open slightly larger, move against the bench, separate, etc. Between benches, stools, the tables, etc. in the kitchen, we could fit our large group and friends that came to visit for a graduation celebration - and we were comfortable (20 of us). The space to be together but have our own rooms was exactly why we choose this rental - and it was even easier than we'd hoped.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend! Convenient location for our purposes. Place was nice and as described. The only thing I would say is I could not figure out how to lock the door from the outside but that may just be me. Overall great place to stay! Thank you!

What a unique place - an old brewery! The bedrooms are palace-like with big beds, opulent linens, and pressed metal ceilings. The parlor is a great sitting space with an iconic mosaic on the floor. We typically like to have a kitchen and living room but we knew going into the stay that this was different than many other BNBs and gladly traded these comforts for the uniqueness of the space. The communication was clear and timely. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Definitely would go back.

Had a great stay in New Ulm. This is a well appointed unit. Spacious. Clean. Centrally located. When minor problems occurred my host was quick to respond and resolve.
