The house was gorgeous and even more beautiful in person. The location was absolutely perfect, easily walkable to a few restaurants and the beach! VP Cape Cod had great communication and put everything I needed to know on the app, we were so pleased with our stay and will definitely come again!

We had a fantastic experience! Adam was super responsive, helpful, and friendly This is a beautiful, comfortable home with everything you could possibly need for the whole family to be together and have fun. There are nice games, puzzles, and books. The beds are all very comfortable (the first floor bedroom mattress is on the firmer side) and is so quiet and restful. We ate in almost the whole time and if you think the kitchen is lacking something you didn’t open all the cabinets/drawers! Only a few minutes from downtown Vineyard Haven and easy to access whole island from Aquinnah to Chappaquiddick. Fall is a favorite time for us to visit with no crowds and lovely weather. We so appreciated being able to bring our dog, Echo. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful cottage and location! We had an amazing weekend and the house was immaculate. Vito and Kerry were super responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay on Chappy!

Great accommodation. House looks like the pictures and it was walking distance to some of Falmouths best spots.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Tim's place. The home was spacious, clean, and we felt at home when we walked in the door. We spent every evening in the screened in room discussing our outing from the day and deciding what time we needed to get up to go on our adventure the next day. I would highly recommend Tim's place and plan to share my trip with another group of friends and hopefully return for another visit.

Absolutely incredible and relaxing stay. Waking up to hearing and seeing the water from our bedroom was a highlight of the trip. The house is very charming with everything you'd hope from a beach side property. Renting a car to get into town was a must, but this is well worth it for having a private beach house with a scenic walkable road. I'd absolutely recommend anyone who's looking for a relaxing stay to consider this property.

We stayed off season, but still plenty to do and see. We loved it!

In our experience we had wonderful communication from Chris’s team. They were extremely responsive to our messages and checking on our stay. The location was amazing! Nice pool deck, steps to the beach, and so many amazing restaurants. The room was comfortable, enough storage, and efficient kitchen to use. When we had issues with our televisions, the staff were quick to find solutions.

The room was cozy and clean with modern, quality furnishing. In room fridge was a plus. Balcony over-looking property and waterfront was highlight!

The 2-bedroom unit is spacious and clean, and the location can’t be beat. Having a pool on site and also being right across the street from the beach was super convenient, especially with kids. The porch/deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink with an ocean view.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

This location was excellent and the house was as described and shown in photos. A perfect place for some friends and family to have a relaxing stay.

Our stay was great. Listing was as described. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. We had trouble getting the A/C units to work but may have just been us; we made do. Appreciated the free coffee amenities as well as bottle gifted to us by the host upon arrival. Right across the road from the water and a peaceful neighborhood. Overall a very nice stay.

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

My wife, our 9-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful two-night stay. The house is in a quiet but very accessible neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Vineyard Haven. The house has a typical cedar shingle, MV exterior with a bright, contemporary interior. My wife, who often stays in airbnbs for work, described the website photos as the most accurately representative of all the places she's stayed. The pics made it look beautiful, and it was beautiful. Spacious, clean, open, radiant. The kitchen appliances were new. The beds were super comfy. And the upstairs bathroom had a ginormous bathtub that my wife now wants in our place. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Alex!

My friends and I had an amazing stay here. And from the start, Eloise was welcoming, informative and clear with her communication. We felt right at ease. The location is fantastic, a brief stroll to all the shops and water front, the lighthouse, but it was also remarkably quiet - felt like we could really relax on the patio and enjoy our privacy, the stillness and beautiful sounds of the birds. A Beautiful home, gorgeous getaway - so grateful to have come across this gem. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for my family. The outdoor shower after a day at the beach was great. We also enjoyed starting our mornings sitting on the front porch or going for a walk. Hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay and The Heights Hotel. They did their best trying to explain the confusing entry but it still took us several tries to find the door. Once we got it figured out, all was wonderful!! We were surprised with a jetted tub which was PERFECT for the ending of our long vacation. They did their restaurant next door was delightful. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops. We went to every one. Our room was clean and had the basics which included coffee and plates and cups and a mini fridge. Could not have asked for more!! Highly recommend!

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The place is about 15 minutes away from Falmouth Downtown. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and had everything you could need. Definitely recommend!
