Apartment holiday rentals in Nantucket

Clean rental in a great location. Short drive to everything that is “happening” in town. Full kitchen with coffee pot, great water pressure in the shower — I would definitely recommend renting this apartment. Perfect for couples!

Gail was extremely friendly and helpful. She lives in the apartment above the rental although we hardly saw her. She gave us suggestions of places to go. It is a distance to the town but the bus stops just down the street and is very easy to use! There is a little pub within walking distance. The beach is just a little over a mile, which we did walk to. There are nice bike paths if you choose to rent or bring a bike. The house was very clean and homey! We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a quick girl’s trip and we all agreed that it looked like a professional designed the space. The hosts were super nice and it was a very peaceful place to stay. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. There is even a great ice cream place to walk to. I highly recommend. Can’t wait to do it again.

location was great! very close to a shuttle to downtown and a short walk to the shuttle to the beach. outdoor shower was a hit with the group! can't beat an outdoor shower

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

The place looks even better in real life than in the photos-very modern, well decorated, clean, GREAT LOCATION. Right in front of bike rental shop which is super convenient and the bike rental owner was also super helpful when we couldn't find the entrance. (airbnb was behind bike rental place) Only a 10 min bike ride to downtown or a 4min uber. Loved the balcony outdoor space and the views. Would stay here again if I had the opportunity. Couldn't get the dishwasher to work but wasn't a big issue because the place had so many plates and utensils we didn't need to reuse anything.

Great place, totally accessible to downtown Edgartown. I even got a float trip scheduled to go fly fishing since it’s above Kismet the fly fishing shop.

Hosts were great and the apartment was in a perfect location for us...quiet but within walking distance of Oak Bluffs

Cute apartment. Had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Close enough to walk into town but far enough to justify a car if so desired. All in, a pleasant stay

We stayed here while we were on the Vineyard for a wedding and the location and hospitality were great! VERY close to south beach and not even 10min to Edgartown. Rooms were spacious and clean as was the bathroom. AC in the rooms and a mini fridge for drinks and snacks upstairs made things comfortable. Lyn and Barbara were both very helpful and sweet throughout our stay. Hope to be back on Martha’s Vineyard soon!

Marianne and Mike’s studio is great, and in a perfect part of town. It’s close enough to be able to walk to everything while still being quiet and relaxing. Marianne and Mike were very communicative and made our stay awesome! Thanks for providing the perfect spot for us to base our Nantucket adventures!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Nadia’s place. Aside from the fact that I got exactly what was advertised about this place, I was overwhelmed with tranquility and comfort. I instantly felt right at home. The place is minutes from local restaurants and shops, as well as the ferry stops for both Oak Bluff (5 minutes) and Vineyard Haven (8 minutes). All this combined with a great host who simply made things easy for me with clear instructions, great recommendations and quick responses, made for a truly great experience my first time to Martha’s Vineyard. Cozy and beautiful space! The property is so pretty and well kept. I don’t feel the pictures even do it justice! Water view. Everything you could need in this guest house. Debra was great and easy to communicate with! The Wave transportation was closed in madaket during the off season (we came last weekend of September. It was open in other parts of the island) so we took cabs most places, which is pricey. Not many Ubers to be found at this part of island on off season, so cabs were our best bet! Great stay and would love to come back!

What a lovely little flat this is. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. Fabulous outside space as well. The linen, towels and utensils were of a good quality. lovely to have beach towels. Didn't find the sloping ceiling a problem at all. we are 6 foot and 5'9. Town is a 30 min walk we hired bikes which I highly recommend. it's an easy 10mins on a bike. Host was happy to offer us an early and late check-in and out but realise this is probably as we are now at the end ofvthe season so could be accommodated. Very kind of her thank you

Audrey’s place was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The finishings and decor were top notch. Whoever renovated the space did a phenomenal job. It was the perfect size for a couple staying on the island. Spacious parking and not far from downtown. Would stay again!

Elena's home is the perfect place to stay whilst visiting Nantucket. The property is beautiful, clean and very peaceful! I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here and I cannot wait to return soon!
