Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nantucket

My family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We had three generations, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend!

House was impeccably clean, with bathrooms and kitchen welcoming. The kitchen had everything one could need to cook and comfortably prepare meals. Overall, an excellent house - strongly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Jacquie’s place!!! It looked exactly like the photos, was a short walk to the beach, and had a fenced in yard for our pup! She was incredibly responsive and gave clear instructions. We would absolutely stay at her place again!!

The house and location worked perfectly for us. We were walking distance to Mashpee Town Beach and South Cape Beach...we were able to see some beautiful sunrises! We rented the house to be close to the venue where our son was getting married. Prior to checking in, I had mentioned that the groomsmen would be getting ready at the house, and I received a quick response that a full length mirror would be dropped off at the house for our convenience! Was a great touch...I knew then we selected the right Airbnb!

Peaceful home tucked away but still close to all Falmouth has to offer. Beautiful home that was also comfortable with a toddler. We loved the bedroom setup on the first floor with a little one. Edward was very responsive in all communication. Highly recommend!

This house worked out perfectly for our plans on this trip. It’s in a quiet little neighborhood and was reasonably priced compared to some of the other Cape listings. The host is very responsive and helpful and accommodated our early check in, and the house was clean and well kept.

The pictures don’t do this listing any justice. Very nice home with plenty of room for the family. The pool also is bigger than it looked in the photos. The home is very close to the inn and marketplace which makes things very easy. If you need a pet friendly rental that is close to all this is your place.

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

We loved our stay at Sea Glen Rd! The house was tucked back in the woods and felts very private. The VTA bus stop is right at the start of the road with quick easy access to vineyard haven and Edgartown. Try Mad Martha’s Brewery done the street. Great brews and pizza!

Very nice, clean, efficient and well located. Will definitely rent here again next time in the area visiting family.

If I could give ten stars I would: So beautiful house, detail oriented generous, which we enjoyed, beach access in few min walk. Pool access, tennis court at a clubhouse a few minutes away. We would have stayed longer if it had not been booked. So much more to mention. Our adult children also felt right at home and were very excited. We were very impressed !

I highly recommend this home if you’re staying the area. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy and the backyard of the house is perfect. Scott was amazing when it came to communication and always responded quickly when I had questions.

Jon's house is the ideal family Cape Cod destination. The 5 very comfortable air condition bedrooms, spacious street level well stocked kitchen, dining room, living room , huge full bath with washer and dryer that has a door that leads to the back yard. The huge fenced in backyard with heated inground pool , with 4 chaise loungers and multiple pool floats was perfect . The outdoor shower with changing room was a plus for our large family. The large covered deck worked out well. It was convenient to have the house stocked with all the essentials needed for your stay. We loved the Friday to Friday rental. It made traveling easy. The list is endless . There wasn't one thing that our group of 8 found wrong with this property. We will definitely be back next year!!

I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

Marjorie and Chris were fantastic hosts! Their incredible hospitality made our weekend getaway so enjoyable and memorable. The space was clean, beautifully appointed, and had plenty of room for our party of five—plus a dog. The open-concept layout encouraged great “together” time, and we had so much fun with the pool table, chess set, and board games. The kitchenette was perfect for light meals, and having access to the grill was a huge plus for bigger dinners. We loved biking around the neighborhood and to the beach, and it was just a short walk to launch the kayaks into the water. We’re so grateful for our time in Mashpee and would highly recommend renting from Marjorie and Chris!

The cottage was so cute and so dog friendly. The neighborhood was really pleasant for us and our furry friends. Laura was very prompt and kind when answering any of our queries. And her recommendations were very helpful. We explored the cape and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much Laura
