We had a wonderful stay at Tokaanu House! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was super easy with the key safe. The geothermal pool was a real highlight—private, peaceful, and perfect after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We really appreciated Dave’s local tips and knowledge. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Another visit (our 3rd) to our favourite batch in Turangi! It really is a home away from home with a super helpful host. The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac, with great access to the river only a minute away and then a number of walks can be taken from the batch without having to drive anywhere, and if you just want to relax on site, it has everything you need. Thanks again!

This listing was the highlight of our entire NZ trip. Host is very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of information regarding weather updates, check in process and the house amenities. Sally had turned on the heater before we reached the property to make sure it is nice and warm for us. This property is absolutely worth what we paid for, would recommend. The house also has a full functioning kitchen and we were able to cook a proper dinner.
