With own access. Facilities to make tea and coffee, with microwave / toaster and mini fridge and Smart TV in second room. Guest house is located next to the main dwelling, linked by beautiful decking, that guests have shared access to utilise. Our house / guesthouse is situated well back from the road.

It comes with a well equipped kitchen and breakfast is included. There is a smart Tv and Wifi. There is a locked garage available for storage of items such as bikes or small water craft. My family took a 14 day road trip through NZ and this was one of our favorite accommodations! Very tidy house with a great layout. Comfortable beds with nice quality linens and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen included some thoughtful additional food supplies. The very best part was the access to the beach, which was everything I dreamed it would be and more for our nature-loving family.

Charming Riverside Guesthouse with Modern Comforts

Nice sized single bedroom house on the owner’s property. View over river from the kitchen. For privacy I closed some of the curtains. Overall a peaceful stay. The traffic on the main road didn’t bother me at all. You can walk or run along the river or around the bridges, which is a very nice thing to do.
