Monthly Rentals in Morrison

Stayed here for a month — overall, a great spot! It's a private, comfortable, and well-arranged space. Mike was helpful & responsive throughout my stay. Gripes included water taking a couple minutes to heat up and the door(s) not having screens, meaning fresh air always meant flies (and potentially cats if you aren't monitoring it). That said, the value of this place is unbeatable and I would certainly stay here again. Thanks Mike!

Such a wonderful cabin! The property is private and beautiful and sitting out on the porch was lovely! Well stocked, spacious kitchen. Everyone had plenty of space and a comfortable place to sleep. Nearby grocery stores and some great restaurants!

Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to Red Rocks and downtown Golden. The bed was very comfortable! There was a hiccup at the start with the cleaning team, but Lori addressed it straight away and made things right on a proactive basis. It's not a huge space, but it was enough for the two of us and well-organized, tidy, smart, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Seems like new furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. It is located in the basement of the main home, and there is a little one and a dog, so you can occasionally hear family life, but that was no issue for us. Lori offered advice for places to go and enjoyed the tips. Thank you to Lori and the team, would stay here again!

Suzanne was very friendly & responded quickly to any of my questions. No kitchen or LR - but there’s a small double seat & a small dining table w 2 chairs. A coffee station w nice variety of coffee. She brought a toaster to us immediately after I asked. Also, I forgot my hairdryer and she contacted me immediately before I got too far so I could return to pick it up.
