Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monument

Excellent stay. Location is great. Host was very communicative-had one question when arrived and got an immediate response. Airbnb has uniquely large outdoor space (for such a central location). Loved lounging on outdoor daybed swing and using hot tub. Pup loved the fenced backyard (yes it’s fully fenced-I was not 100 percent sure from one pic). We had a great time and would recommend..

Wow! This has been by far the most beautiful and enriching family vacation we have experienced. The Living Room had breath taking views of the mountains, surrounding farms and wildlife that could be seen from inside the home and from the lovely patio. Whether waking with a Nespresso coffee or tea in hand on the patio, eating meals or playing cards at the dinner table or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub the experience was amazing. The word WOW is the best way for us to describe our stay. Mark and Renee were wonderful and attentive hosts. They are very organized and had books that helped us find fun things to do. The home was very clean and spacious. We were able to cook many meals at the Airbnb and had many options for dinning out if desired. We are so grateful to have the luxury of enjoying such a wonderful experience and plan to come visit again in the coming years.

Great place to stay! The home is in a great location and very cute! We loved the lighted walk path down to the entrance/ hot tub area! Would recommend this place to everyone!

This house was perfect for our stay yet again! We appreciate how friendly and helpful the hosts always are and especially how pet friendly they are…it’s so hard when traveling to find a place that is so accommodating with our dogs so we highly recommend for any pet parents out there! The house has charm, a wonderful kitchen for long stays and is close enough to several restaurants to walk!

Nate and Aaron provided us with an amazing weekend get-away destination. Location was peaceful and very easy to find. We were greeted with a friendly set of deer's on our first morning there. Location is not far away from restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend as everything matches the description. If you're coming from a city and looking for something outdoors, look no further and book before it's too late. Would definitely re-book if ever in Colorado Springs again

Our Family absolutely enjoyed this home and all it has to offer! There was plenty of space for everyone to either relax alone in their own rooms or come together to enjoy the huge living area and amenities. We were unaware this property had a hot tub or we would have prepared for some soaking but we made it happen.

House was clean, comfortable and decorated with a very homey feeling. The putting green was a hit with the guys!

Were were there a very short period for a military graduation, so did not get to experience all of what the location has to offer. The home was perfectly described—spotless, very comfortable, convenient, tastefully, and thoughtfully maintained for guests. Jacquie was very responsive, enthusiastic and friendly! Our stay was great! Very cozy, and the animals were a fun bonus! Especially the goats! Would recommend this location for small groups to stay when attending the Renaissance Faire in Larkspur. It’s only a 30 minute drive.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Jacquie's place was fantastic! We were very comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk beds and toys that were provided. The outdoor space was perfect! Such a beautiful neighborhood in Old Colorado City. I highly recommend staying here!

Hillside Hideout was the perfect little escape! The studio was cozy, clean, and incredibly well-stocked. Everything from toiletries to snacks was thoughtfully provided. You can tell Tiffany put a lot of care into making guests feel at home. The bed was super comfy, and the whole space had a peaceful, tucked-away vibe that was just what we needed during our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

It was just as described and very peaceful. Would 100% stay here again. Very clean bed was super comfortable and it was right near downtown.

Not only was Rosemarie’s home meticulous in every way, she, as a host, exudes warmth that makes you feel like family. The location and home is ideal for those that want to go to local attractions and for those who want to kick back and enjoy the stunning views over a glass of wine. All in all, one of the best places we have had the pleasure to stay at.

We loved the space it felt very spacious for a studio and my son loved his extra bedroom space! It really felt like home away from home with having everything we needed, we will definitely be trying to stay again next time we come to visit!

This place is amazing! It genuinely felt like home away from home. Our family made memories in the backyard fire side or in the hot tub. Saw reviews about the AC being loud, as someone who sleeps with white noise and a fan at night. It was definitely not loud by my standards. I also saw some reviews about the beds being uncomfortable, again for me, who likes a bed at medium firmness. I thought they were perfect. I also had to keep a list of all the small details that was put into the home to make it really sparkle with the love put into this place. They have adorable little mints and ear plugs(if needed) in the bedside drawers. Cotton balls and q tips in the bathroom. Makeup removal towels. Hall closet with first aid and many baby items. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need to cook a meal while staying in. Laundry pods were even provided to keep up with laundry during your stay. Then to curl up at night any of the throws around the home are perfect to snuggle with

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This Place Was Super cozy. Comfortable & in a great area. Not far from anything. Also love the history of the building.

Tc was very helpful as a host. The apartment was as described and is in a great location to get around the city. My only reservation to staying here again is a faint lingering smell in the apartment. We could not figure out what it was what it was.

This stay was wonderful! Austin was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! The house is decorated beautifully and had plenty of amenities for our large party! Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Zoey’s place. It had everything we needed for our visit to Colorado Springs. The beds were comfortable, patio spacious, and kitchen well stocked. Appreciated all the little touches in the home decor. Location was convenient to downtown, Old CS District & Garden of the Gods. Definitely would recommend to those looking for a place to stay in CS.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!
