Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Monument

The house was just like the pictures. Beautiful decor and very inviting. The host was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Overall, great place to stay!

WOW! The thing that made me book this place in the first place was the amazing view of pikes peak. It was the best experience to wake up in luxury while drinking a cup of coffee looking out on the mountains. The house was beautiful on a big lot with plenty of walking trails. This was the perfect escape from city life. Divide is only 30 minutes from many of the big attractions around so everything was easy to get to.

This place was great for our party of 5. Very convenient to downtown, hot tub has a great view of Pikes Peak and the lake. Only thing we didn't like was several people living out of their car on the block, but no issues. Overall great value.

Very nice backyard, the snacks and pastries made up for the mini kitchen. One am our coffee pot and microwave breaker went out but the host was very prompt and within min everything working! One extra was a cool hideaway play area for young children. Every space was utilized very efficiently. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We even grilled freshly caught fish upstairs on the deck for dinner one night!!

Our stay at Ryan's home was great! The house is small but perfect for two people and two dogs. Everything was very comfortable and cute. I always look for an airbnb with a tub and a hot tub and this home has both. Lincoln School is right across the street - it's a really cute converted school with a brewery, a coffee shop and a couple of restaurants as well as several other types of businesses. This airbnb is on a busy street so we didn't spend any time out front but the backyard was great for relaxing with the dogs and enjoying the hot tub at the end of the day. Def recommend this property!

This place is what makes AirBNB so awesome. This place really had it all for us. The location was absolutely perfect. It felt like you were far away yet you were 5-10 mins from Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, and walking distance to the Garden of the Gods. Spectacular views, a mini hiking trail in the backyard, and all the uniqueness and character you could ask for!

The house was absolutely perfect in every way! If I could give 10 stars for every category I would. Communication prior to and during our stay was immediate. The house could not have been cleaner!!!!! Well stocked, furniture was perfect, linens and bathroom amenities spot on, view was a million dollar view. The location is awesome. We have stayed at rentals across the globe and this house is definitely one of our top ten overall!!!!! I highly recommend this house without any hesitation!

Our second time staying at this location. Loved it so much we wanted to recreate our family memories. Beautiful home in a peaceful and magical environment. You can not go wrong with this place and the owner is a gem.

This place really filled the bill. It was enormous but felt homey which is a real trick. Everyone had space and yet we came together naturally. The back yard is really nicely enclosed with plenty of chairs. Had no idea we would hang out there for hours. It is an historic house with creeks and quirks, but nicely updated and decorated. Great location and worked really well for a graduation party of 9 plus various children stopping in! One family stayed in the coach house, so that worked well too.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. This home is in a tranquil mountain setting. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife in the neighborhood especially. We saw foxes daily, deer and even a bear - all from the home and while walking around the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and views from the deck. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The home and neighborhood are very quiet and the town of Palmer Lake is charming.

This place was AMAZING!!! We only stayed for one day and really wished we were able to stay longer. The views were way better than I had ever anticipated, the cabin was so cute, and it was fun exploring their area! By far our favorite cabin we’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely be back!

With the refreshments in the fridge when we walked in and the personalized welcome note, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Marlena was incredible responsive to communication and the place was just as described. Peaceful and cozy and we felt right at home. This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and will definitely book here again!

The cabin was exactly what was pictured. Everything was clean and the cabin provided everything we needed. The view while on the back patio was absolutely stunning. Patrick was also quick to respond when we had a need during our stay. I would highly recommend!
